It is nice Hotel in old Dubai. If you have business and you need to be near the airport it is the right place to stay at. Despite some maintenance was done early in the morning wakes me up.

This hotel has a great location. Few minutes walk to creek and union metro station.

The newly renovated 5 star Radisson Blu, earlier known as The Intercontinental Hotel and being a prominent landmark..... lies within the beautiful Deira Creek area of Dubai, a short walk to the bus and metro stations and only 7 kilometres from Dubai International Airport. The hotel, first built in 1975, is a classic fixture of Old Dubai. This area teems with shopping malls as well as traditional souks such as the Spice Market. Each of the rooms and suites boasts a private balcony, coffee or tea provisions and other upscale amenities. It makes for a comfortable stay in Dubai, whether you re visiting for leisure or business.

Visited this venue for an Iftar Buffet and was highly disappointed with the experience. The place was overcrowded and seemed to loose it s worth of a five star.... People were rushing here and there with chaos all over the place. Getting to the food counters was a massive effort and then came the wait in the long queues at the service counter. After a long wait, only to see that the dishes hadn t been refilled and the wait was a waste.

All the excitement of going to this place had fizzled out in the first 15-20 minutes.

A sincere suggestion, to under-book the venue so that firstly enough place is available to go around the buffet layout and secondly that the charm & service doesn t have to be compromised.

Hotel was very nice, lovely amenities, ,the service on check in was not great and we found the staff to be nice but not capable of the job. The room lacked a kettle and drinks and food were very expensive.

We arrived from the airport straight to the hotel, greeted like a friend of the family as I am sure all guests are, walked into the hotel and for reference if you go left you see what I call is Las Vegas style restaurant with large amounts of great food. There are several bouquet shops there also.

Very centrally located in Deira, the food is quite outstanding !

I really love this place as my friends told me about it clean and neat and good service looking forward to live this experience and tell other about the hotel as I'm interesting to come and lunch in the Raddison Blu this coming trip with my wife

Food was just about ok.. felt it was yesterdays cooked food. Dessert options were good

What a great hotel. Rooms a great size, the staff are extremely helpful and chatty. 10 restaurants, 5 bars and numerous shops to fulfil all your needs. I haven't had the pleasure of a massage but am expecting that to be great too!

The location is just right next to Dubai creek, very nice creek view during the night. Surrounded by other hotels. Easy place to walk. Hotel is mix of shops and restaurants. There are carpet shops, souvinier shops inside. Mostly iranian and indian guests noticable. Visited for iftar. It was so crowded and we couldn't get table for 2 people. They asked us to sit to the next restaurant or else to sit a huge table for 10 pax. So we had no choice then taking the huge table just for 2. The food is average, could have been better for 5 star. The staff, the chefs are polite however looked like they are short of staff as we didnt have our table cleared at all. Plus tea and coffee are not included in the price as the part of iftar which doesn't give any comfort for guests.

The first 5 star hotel in Dubai and still famous for its 15+ restaurants. There is (almost) a place for every kind of cuisine. It was the Intercontinental earlier.

4star rated hotel with 3 star facilities. Under renovation. Lousy bar with entrance tickets.

OLD is GOLD..might be one of the oldest hotels in Dubai but it is still one of the best. Amazing restaurants and staff

This is a great hotel, the staff are great. Went into the "English Pub" such a great atmosphere, fantastic service, lovely draft beer. Will definitely go there again when I'm back around this way

Very nice place and the office chambers are really good.

Its a wonderful hotel.. But I really don't know about whether it is affordable or not

We only stayed one night. Suitable for that. The room service was good. The ordered sandwich was there after 20 minutes. We had a club sandwich with chips. There were also three different sauces. Great view of the Dubai Creek. Beds okay. The air conditioning was too loud for us.

Loved our annual day celebration. Super view from top in the evening.
