Great place to stay. The staff is excellent and very accommodating to your needs. Prices are decent. Free breakfast, free wifi, and they have a pool and hot tub. Overall I would highly recommend! Will stay again.

The Hotel was very clean. Our room was a whirlpool suite and it had a sleep number bed. Customer service was excellent

The hotel was great and stay was wonderful, making reservations was a freaking nightmare!!! Spent hours booking several rooms using a 3rd party. Had to cancel them all and start again. be nice if hotels made their own reservations and spoke english!!

Its ok, seems clean beds are fair the pillows are terrible. Close to john deere and other sites. Right on the river is probably a plus for some.

Decent hotel. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Room could have been a little cleaner and bed wasn't that comfortable. Decent breakfast in the morning. Great for going to a concert next door. On this particular night that we stayed there. They happened to have a festival called lighting of the trees going on.

We were there for the BIX run a few weeks ago. The John Deere exhibit is free and you can climb into these extreme agricultural machines, which is way cool. I loved that it was free and that we got a glimpse of John Deere equipment that we cannot see close up (except riding lawn mowers, small farm tractors, etc.) Recommend that you go...If you have kids, this is probably a five-star place...free, kids can climb on equipment, etc.

Loved the rooms. They have a clean mini gym and a pool. The sleep number beds were lovely after a long day!

We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. Super clean rooms, great pool and hot tub, your standard free breakfast, friendly staff, great river views, and the TGI Friday's attached is a great bonus. Walking distance to many shops and eateries. Our only non positive comment is the pull out best had the worst mattress ever. We put it on the floor and put a couple of blankets on it. Kids were happy after that. A family favorite place to stay when visiting family in Ill.

Around 8:00am the room service walked into our room without permission then a couple minutes after two man were outside our door trying to come in check out time isn t till 11:00 you guys shouldn t be coming in our room until we check out . And I went there December 31st it was New Year s Eve the next day I woke up with bed bugs all over me and I have pictures & plus I didn t get my $50 back

Excellent location in downtown Moline! The free breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean and the pool was very great. Easy to get to many places here.

We chose this hotel specifically bc they advertised sleep number beds. They weren't in our room. When I asked at the front desk they said they only were in half of the hotels we talked to another guest who said they had them in their room but it didn't work

Here is a pretty place to stay in a central location. Would recommend to folks visiting the Quad Cities.

Nice large rooms and conveniently located near downtown Moline for a good choice of restaurants. Only downside is the railroad that runs nearby has the loudest train horns I've ever heard.

Cheap and cheerful basically. A solid place to stop for the night when driving across the USA. We enjoyed the hot tub after 16 hours of driving, the ability to order room service from TGI Fridays via a free web-based app without having to try and communicate an order over the phone and the Sleep Number beds. At a more expensive hotel it sure would have been nice to also have the hot tub to ourselves without screaming kids and families in the pool disrupting our solitude but we knew that wasn t possible at a Radisson. Breakfast is standard free breakfast fare of waffles, eggs, cereal and carbs. All things considered, a good experience for only $109.

Location perfect for a wedding reception at the Mark/I wireless/Tax Slayer center. Reasonable wedding rate. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Accidentally charged for 3 nights instead of 2 but at checkout the staff resolved and corrected the issue.

Great location in the heart of it all! Easy walking or short cab ride to attractions and food. Staff here is sincere and willing to accommodate your lodging preferences. The morning breakfast bar is well stocked, clean and family friendly.

Didn't stay or go into the building, but it was clean and kept a professional appearance.

Pretty good. No complaints except that the shuttle to and from the airport wasn't available when arriving or departing.

Even on the keto diet I was able to have delicious food & awesome service. They were very open to requests & our food was served really quick! Definitely recommend!

While the staff was in fact very friendly, and the accommodations were very clean and modern... The mattress was TERRIBLE. It was like sleeping on a pile of dead terminators. You could feel every spring and every wire.

Why would a hotel charge us $250 for a smoking fee when we don't even smoke! I found a cigarette burn hole in the curtain when we first arrived in the room but didn't think much of it. Now we are accused of smoking in the room when we clearly did not! We are being charged for damages that we never made! I will never use or recommend a Radisson hotel ever! The bed was hard as well, there was a ring from a glass left on the side table, and no fan in the bathroom? I think the Radisson needs to rethink what they charge people if this is the way they are going to run their hotel.

I was just walking by it on the outside but I'm having wedding guests book there, it's really accommodating.

If you don't like false fire alarms at 10 at night, then don't stay here

Facility was nice but there were not enough luggage carts for the guests to use.

Absolutely gorgeous facility! Beautiful room, incredibly clean and comfortable! The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and offered suggestions as to where to go. Great location as to the proximity to the interstate and area attractions. Exceptionally well priced and the amenities are top notch!

I will stay at this location the next time I am in Moline, it really is a beautiful location and it truly fits the bill for what a traveler needs. I love this hotel!

First time here and the staff was wonderful. Night manager asked the restaurant if the could accommodate me although closing. Room was awesome.

Great location, good amenities. Unfortunately over priced and terrible, terrible breakfast.

Checked into the Radisson after a hockey game and the two people working the desk we're amazing. They welcomed me, got me checked in with such speed. They went on to telle all about the surrounding area, gave me a couple choices for a late dinner. Next time I'm in town I will stay there.

Love this place! Very clean, friendly staff, centrally located for shopping, food, drinks. Nice walking/cycling/running path that runs along the river.

The room had a lot of garbage under the beds. It had no breakfast and the restaurant next door was closed (permanently)

Nothing but a positive experience. We were supposed to have a sleep number bed, when we got to our room and there was no sleep number, they changed our room right away. The man at the front desk knew my husband's name when we left. We stayed there because we went to a concert at the Taxslayer Center. Literally 300 ft front the front door!!! This is the other hotel my family stays at when they visit. The rooms are big and spacious. I recommend this place!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was great, with a TGI Fridays connected, and walking distance from other restaurants, shops, and the TaxSlayer Center. The only negative that I experienced was that breakfast is rather limited. It has the standard breads and toasters, waffle makers, and cereal, but there is no selection for anything else, one morning there were powdered eggs (which were not very good) and sausage, the next morning was simply biscuits and gravy, no protein options available.

From our experience, the only 1, the front desk was awesome, they gave us all information we needed for our good friends wedding. The rooms were nice and it was very clean.

Good location for downtown Moline Illinois. Not far from the wireless center.

This was my second time staying at the hotel in 2 years. It's very close to where I do occasional work and my client puts me up for convenience. The first time my experience was fine but they charged the room fee to my credit card rather than my client who reserved the room. This time I asked that they not take my credit card due to the previous issue, they insisted it wouldn't be charged for the room but they needed to hold it for incidentals, she made a note in the room reservations to make sure. The next morning I was told they charged my card and had no record of the card used to make the reservation to reverse it and recharge to my client. I ended having to call my client and they volunteered to come down to get it fixed. Now the rooms. Rooms are fine but they are having an ant infestation right now. I got to my room, unpacked some things, took a shower and got into bed, only to discover a couple of small ants on the covers. I moved to the second bed and tried not to think of it and pretty soon that bed had them too. I called the front desk and they moved me from floor 2 to floor 3. It was 11 at this point and I just need to get some sleep so I got into my third bed if the night and the sleep number remote want working. Bed was set pretty hard. I was so frustrated at this point but couldn't bring myself to try my fourth bed, so I did my best to get some sleep. Ended up finding ants on the nightstand in the morning. Most of the people I talked to about my issues did seem apologetic but but not overly concerned with making it right. Just a couple of embarrassed apologies. No refund to my clients. Also, the eggs at breakfast are pretty bad.
