Radisson MBD Review

Radisson MBD is not new to me, but every time it surprises with exceptional quality of services. They provide comfort & safety to us when we are away from home specially in this pandemic..All Staff members are taking several precautionary steps to avoid covid - 19 which is great, like housekeeping person Shyam who cleaned my room was wearing mask, gloves, shield etc. and was very energetic while doing his work, he was not at all afraid of covid which is very much appreciated...Like to appreciate Priya, she was very polite & proactive, helped me out with sewing kit immediately & also asked whether I need tailor assistance.. Thanks & Kudos

Hotel is locatwd near metro station and good ambience

It's nice place for party like birthday etc. It was really good arrangement.

One of the best hotels in Noida.
Located very near to Metro station.
Spacious rooms, professional staff ,clean and well maintained premises.
Overall perfect....

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, wish I could give a lower rating.

Where do I even start with this poor attempt at "upscale" accommodation..

1. The radisson decided to hold a wedding over 2 nights that included a club like DJ situated right underneath all the rooms. The DJ may well have been in the room it was that loud. Manager kept lying saying it would finish in5 minutes knowing full well it will go until 5am. After many phone calls and arguments we moved to the top floor... We shouldn't have to argue to get what we paid for.

2. The following night the DJ started again at 10pm... Why we had to call and argue again to just be able to sleep in a supposedly upscale hotel is beyond me.

3. The breakfasts time and time again were brought out either wrong, cold or after a 30 mine wait for eggs (how long does it take to make eggs is an empty room)

4. Upon leaving they said they were very gracious in not charging us to stay in the top floor!! Are you kidding me? Disgraceful

Please everyone take my advice and stay somewhere else, it's not worth the money or the hassle

The place is well connected in every aspect....the Hotel itself is very pleasant in its ambience and the staff is well courteous....if visiting in Noida, one should prefer this place

Amazing ambience best hotel for buisness meeting nd party

Stayed here umpteen times for work as office is closeby. Service is fast and rooms/bathrooms are clean. Quick check in and check out. The only thing they need to fix is the internet speed.

Good place for a stay for a day or two. Good place for a business meeting as well. Amazing food and good hospitality.

Good quality has gone down after they renovated but great ambience and service. Membership option is good too. They give out a lot of freebies in that.

It was a great to be there after six years. I think it's the best hotel in sec 18. I felt happy with services and ambiance.

Centrally located, good ambience, good food, restaurant service can be better. Didn't get a chance to stay, so can not comment on overall hospitality.

Located in the heart of the town adjacent to the world class DLF mall, GIP, sec 18 market at a walkable distance. Has all the amenities that counts it in the leading hotel chains.

Undergoing renovations, this is a good place to stay if you have to be in Noida. Close to lots of restaurants and shops, with good facilities and service.

A highly maintained decorum of ambient peace and for wedding and engagement purposes a delightful choice providing great stay over rooms and spaces.

Everything is good talking about food and staffs all things are good and staffs are helpfull

Very comfortable stay. I was there for work commitments and was very well looked after by the staff. The food offerings were fantastic. Will definately stay again when next in Dehli. Its close proximity to DLF mall of India also made for great shopping options.

Food was expectional but service was equally pathetic

Is the name is not enough to describe more!!! If u want to feel Royal then visit this hotel. Respect and care is most important part in hospitality industries which I experienced here when a server immediately lend her hand to help my mother who was facing difficulty to walk so is there gate security men.

I got nice experience there, everything was good, food was delicious, i will give 5 out of 5.

Radisson Noida is one of the best hotels in the city. Courteous staff, spacious rooms and the location makes it a nice place to stay. The food, although good, does have a little scope for improvement.

Yesterday had to wedding at raddission food as expected from a 5 start hotel.

But kulfi and a zok ke shahi. Sweet dish was just out of world do try if it is on regular menu

Good pricey food in buffet.. limited indian choices....no gluten free/lactose free sweet options
