Nice Hotel, employees will help you 24/7. Nice Gym, good food. Only the smell in my room wasn't good. Seems like the Guest before me was Smoking in this room. Didn't get another room.

The rooms were very good and the hotel staff is also very hardworking and kind in nature.

Ver good. Standard services are available at affordable tariff.

Very comfortable place, big rooms, very helpful staff

I Have been to so many Radisson hotels for work but this was the worst one in terms of hospitality. The Reception staff was so rude. We were there to do makeup for one of our bride and the bride was late so she asked us to check in the room and order coffee as she was struck somewhere and was late by an hour. So we ordered coffee. We asked the staff member who who brought our coffee that the coffee is on the client who has booked the room so we signed the bill. We got a call from the reception and the lady was like how could you order the coffee and not pay for it ?. We told her the entire situation but she was adamant and then again we got a second call literally harassing us for ordering the coffee. Are you serious ? We were not in a 5 star for the first time , I keep on traveling for my business but have never seen such a rude behaviour. Highly disappointed.

For food, it depends upon person to person, my personal preference is bit spicy, which is missing here. Rest all good.

When you enter to the hotel you feel you ll entering to a castle and you ll feel the atmosphere of royal palace. Even rooms, Restaurant and everywhere decorated in same theme. Everything was done to enhance your stay and give luxury feeling.
The Hotel is very well located in middle of town and everything is so close by. Just must cross the road for one of the Largest shopping mole in India. Lots of shopping options eating options very closed to hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast selection was extensive and you will enjoy an absolute satisfaction. Couldn t enjoy much of the facilities but the hotel is highly recommended.
Overall experience in hotel was really great and enjoyed a lot my stay.

Just ok for the price. Service is good but the rooms are just ok. Location is the best as it's right in the center and has access to malls, Banks etc

I had been here to attend a wedding, the place is nice and the food was good. Actually the place is a little small but it's located in the most happening place in Noida. The service here is good, you get to meet people from various places here and the staff is very friendly.

Giving 3 star because as a platinum member and as business traveller i am not happy with the services from this particular branch of Radisson.
Front office staff needs training for better coordination among them.
F&b needs lot of improvement.
Housekeeping staff is excellent and following all safety precautions for guest as well for them.

Good internal infrastructure. Need many improvements in outer infrastructure. Parking is done on roads.

Firstly i must say that, it is best five star hotel in noida, i went there with friends, i got very friendly and comparative staff , also thier hospitality is best. So it is worth for 5 star ratings.

Awesome experience during my stay here. Check in process is a little tedious and could be automated/organized better but the service by the Front office manager made up for it.

We also had a small gathering here (Jan 8th) and our server Karan Ahuja I believe was exceptional. He went above and beyond and made sure we had things even before we asked. I was having terrible cough and he got me something to soothe my throat without us asking. Give that man a raise, his customer service is fantastic.

Very nice Italian theme restaurant

expect something different than what the picture suggests. rooms are oldish, but clean. facilities are rudimentary, but reliable. service is warm, aircon works well. drinks are tall, buffet is excellent. a good place to stay with many nice restaurants nearby, a huge international shopping mall across the street and lots of infrastructure under construction.

The food was not nice. The place was nice. Ambience was nice. Service was good. 3 different restaurant inside.had buffet feature
