Radisson MBD Review

A very good hotel with great ambiance and food. Located at a prime location.

For my opinion Radisson Blu Noida is great hotel in Delhi NCR, i love thier food taste, i also like thier hospitality, they have best furniture,overall all good, worth for 5 star.

The staff is so polite and amazing. They know what works the best and what a person is looking for to be offered & served. Beautifully managed and so positive attitude.

I am fully satisfied with this restaurant , it is situated near Noida Sector 18. Rooms very clean and hygienic. I like the taste of their food. Worth it for 5 star Ratings.

I am a very old Prestige Club member of Radisson Blu Noida but I guess they don't value their customers.
I paid fr renewal of my card fees almost 2 week ago but till date my cards have not come And my vouchers have expired .
I called them to say that I am coming fr a meeting with them an hour ago and even then i am made to wait fr 15 minutes.
After that the the lady says that it will take her time to check where the cards are and it will take 3 to four days to get vouchers renewed.
At the time of renewal the same people chase u for money well a month in advance
I wonder what kind of hospitality service Radisson Blu Noida is in

Only one 5star property in Noida so no comparison...but as Radisson group is owning this property so definitely wonderful services and fabulous interior...

I was there for business purpose my stay was too good, staffs nd hotel management is good nd polite. It is a good place to feel relax like home.

The hotel was made at a fine loctaion and the infra is cool too.... Anyone will be elated on staying there and the staff is really cooperative ...

Food was very bad in taste, hospitality and cleaning was poor

Surprisingly not great!
I am a frequent traveller and have tried a lot of places for food be it multicusine restaurants, street food or Dhaba etc. But this place could not fulfill my expectations and reason may be they do not serve food with same passion in marriage functions as they do for their guests who stays there and come to their restaurants.
I attended a marriage function on 11th of December 2018 here and dint like anything in terms of taste, stink was there in few items like Tikki... Starters were served not so hot almost cold.
Come on Radisson group that was not expected.

Great setting. Luxurious Redecorated ambience. However, food menu in restaurants not to appealing. Low on options and quality.

The room, ambience, food everything deserve a 5star

I want to tell you one of my experiences of Sunday, 21st July 2019 day yesterday, though I have been in this hotel about 4 times and in 2016, 2017 I had a doctor conference here and my experience was quite good but yesterday a doctor Conference C Noida of Sticks and Gynecological Society where we came to participate in pharmaceutical companies, and we managed about 10 to 12 pharmaceutical companies. There were also senior managers and some female staff and there was a meeting hall and buffet system on the first floor for lunch and when the lunch started, due to the lack of space on the buffet system, we dissuaded all of us from eating the doctors. After lunch, we will have lunch, the doctors' lunch ended at around 2:52, when we all the pharmaceutical company Amplai, about 20 to 25 people reached there to eat, then your waiter The staff of Mr. Bhima who was already there started telling us that by 3:00 pm the buffet time is up and you finish your lunch. We said okay and he has only after 5-7 minutes Mr. Bhim Ordered his staff and they started snatching plates from our hands and they picked up the service spoon and the food bowls there and we had some people with chapati and some had rice and some He was going to take the vegetables but he started collecting all the things and those who were engaged in the line, he also took away the plates in front of the plates. We protested that you have given us 10 minutes to eat at least his Please follow, but he told us that we will do like this and if we have an order at 3:00 pm, then we said to let it be 3:00 but he did not listen to us one by one our female staff was there. Sa They behaved indecently, and finally they did our very insult, then we all of the pharma people came to our stall ,,, We saw such behavior in your first time Radisson Blu from my staff Mr. Bhima and I Hope in the future that I never have to come to Hotel Radisson Blu and I had some planning in this fact that the doctors of Noida in this hotel to conduct CME of about 100 to 150 doctors. For that I change my decision and request the manager of all my pharmaceutical company not to make any meeting plan in this hotel from where the staff behaves in such a way that there is no meaning for their guest For ,, ,,, I have been feeling very insult since yesterday and I keep coming to many hotels in India and I have got CME in hundreds of hotels but such a thing I have not been able to see anywhere till today, thanks from any hotel staff

No need to share my experience as Radisson name is enough to tell anything.

Great place ... everything is well maintained and top notch from restaurant to bar to pool to spa... everything was pleasant. Location of hotel is also easily accessible and can be reached from any means parking is spacious too. Overall a great place to stay and hang around but EXPENSIVE and can rule out your budget .

Radisson Blu MBD sector 18 hotel is amazing. It's interior is good.

Located in Noida very close to Metro Station, Great location, thoughtful and clean interiors make you relaxed, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay. All of the people are incredibly helpful, Every person we interacted with made us feel welcomed, Recommend both for short or long stay.

Love the food. Love the ambience. Great service. Had a great time with the friends and family. Will visit again and recommend other to go and try once. Keep up the good work guys. Cheers

Worst Property of Radisson. Took too long to check in. Water not served upon asking while waiting. No jet in toilet. Tiles were shaky. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff is Amazing!!!!! Almost everyone is friendly. Rooms are quite old and royal type. The food taste is not upto the expectation but the presentation steals the show.
