Good location, quite good rooms, but very poor soundproofing and everything from the street is all heard, especially - lilac ambulances. Not all staff know English. Breakfasts - 7 out of 10.

Even though it's a 5 stars hotel , but the the quality of service provided doesn't seem very good. The location is good giving access to many shops and underground / Bus is within walking distance. Staff speaks little English, so it's not Easy to communicate with them.
