Modern and affordable hotel with good service. Unfortunately, it is badly located in a very shabby area that is not safe to move in the evening. Really a shame considering the hotel's class

Really nice experience right through.
It is noticeable that great commitment is made to interior design and many small details. It feels like the staff is happy!
Nice fresh rooms. The breakfast was great and very nice and tasty.

Gives the hotel a full bath! Absolutely fabulous breakfast, comfortable beds / pillows. Fresh and tidy room. Very quiet and soundproofed room, big thumb up!

very good restaurant. The food was very good. The service left a bit to be desired, even if you always tried to be very friendly. But I'll definitely come back for dinner when I'm in the region

You cannot turn off their heating / air conditioning.
Their sheets are incredibly smooth, and very uncomfortable to lie in. The duvets, I think, are thermos. They are very hot.

The room and the beds are great.
But the breakfast bag is a disaster, a real low-budget breakfast, cold eggs no cheese o a sweet j .... a bun no coffee

Very friendly atmosphere. Tried the lemon sole and it was very good. For dessert I can highly recommend the chocolate ganache. A very nice dinner experience

A nice hotel with nice decor in the room and good that we got to stay on the 5th floor. I think the breakfast was good due to the circumstances, very good coffee and it is always nice to have an ice machine in the corridor.
Then to what makes my rating only 3 stars. Unfortunately the room felt a bit dusty when we arrived, the wine glasses were not really clean, that it is not possible to choose pressure all by yourself in the shower makes it take so long to wash your hair as a girl, the view was not the best, there were no decorative pillows in the bed so when we were going to watch tv we did not sit so comfortably, the duvet was crazy too thick to be summer, the pillows too soft even though I used the hardest, then to the worst and it was that the bed was crazy too soft when we ended up a little too close to the edge we were about to fall out of bed.

Was here a few years ago, then it was very fresh and high standard! Really large breakfast buffet with a large selection of gluten-free, lactose-free, etc. Can really recommend this hotel!

Service was good and the food was good. The bad thing was that you have to print yourself how much you should pay, that is, I want to drink which I do not like in Sweden.

Nice rooms with ac that hardly works would be the best breakfast in town but then you probably end up with egg powder and use eggs in the egg tub bacon if it was bacon was disgusting

Nice big room. Lovely bed, with the opportunity to get special pillow. Breakfast buffet definitely in the top 3 of the hotels I have visited.
The area does not have many parking spaces so nice / safe with the possibility of buying parking under the hotel. Ca. 10 min. Walk from the ferry from DK. Smaller center in the square next to the hotel with nice cinema. Walking distance to Kernen and the old part of Helsingborg.

Had a business room, very nice!!! Like the bar very much, can't really say what it is that attracts me but I just like it. Location of the hotel is very good, the view outside from the room is a construction site, not so pretty but I guess it will be better when it's completed.

Centrally located, fresh, good breakfast and cozy atmosphere. The feel of the hotel is very cozy with a quiet atmosphere. Room very well cleaned with comfy beds. A big plus is that you can ask for different types of pillows at the reception. Very good breakfast where most of it is.

Great rooms, amazing breakfast, and friendly and professional staff. The beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. The hotel is located a short walk from the city center with car parking available in a garage under the hotel.

Great hotel near the city center. Comfortable rooms with large windows, comfortable beds, cool bar on the ground floor.
For breakfast a large selection of dishes, great coffee and cakes.
The staff is friendly, there were no misunderstandings.

The first room gave a slightly sloppy overall impression. An armchair was missing ?! There was no problem to change but in the new room the minibar was not reviewed and updated since previous guests. An opened and half-dried orange juice e.g. The staff was very service minded and nice and good with garage in the same house.

Perhaps a bit better with soft music. The breakfast was super if a little messy. Friendly staff everywhere. But the bed didn't fit us. Sore throat to shoulder. But we are all different. But we will definitely come back

This is one of the best hotels in the city. Excellent choice of breakfast, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Walking distance to many places including the Central station and many restaurants.

Modern and nicely decorated hotel, cozy and stylish rooms. We had ordered beer, sparkling wine and strawberries which were in the room on arrival. Good room service with well-cooked burgers from the restaurant.

Good breakfast, a little smaller selection is standard but with a little "brunchier" options such as butter fried mushrooms, sausages, bacon etc.

The garage was closed when we were there. Bad with parking in Helsingborg so it became a bit awkward with the car.

The reception staff were friendly but a bit impersonal, gave no impression as stood out. The hotel gets a total of 4 stars and the 5th star goes to the nice and social bartender who made the hotel stay something extra.

Canon friendly hotel and front desk staff who understand the meaning of service. Ate also at the hotel restaurant and also where high quality service, even though the food did not meet the high standard.
