I loved this hotel. We got upgraded to a larger room and it was so perfect. The location was really great too. Close to everything you'd want to be close to, yet tucked away so it's still quiet. It was clean, and cosy and cute.

Expensive, but also very nice. Staff was easy to work with. They made an error in their charge, but we were able to speak with the front desk and have it resolved immediately. Location is great, short walk from shopping and red light. The Rijk museum was probably a 10 minute bike ride away.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The picture on the website is deceiving because the hotel is not on the water, but it's still beautiful. The hot breakfast is definitely worth the upfront cost!

Really was expecting more from this chain brand but really disappointed. They lack on customer service and can improve in their rooms layout. Front desk tents to be rude and please don t book trough concierge...they recommended us probably one of the worse canal tours.
Their restaurant seems to be on the same page sadly so not so convenient to dine right there.

I am notoriously very picky with business hotels, but this one was particularly good. The bed is comfortable, the noise from the streets (it's in the middle of the worst touristy part of Amsterdam) very limited even at the 2nd floor, there's plenty of power plugs around the room, the internet easy to access, and the decor is very nice (loved the Space Invaders plate). Minuses: the bathroom is a bit small (a bit awkward to get out of the shower if the door is not completely closed), and the restaurant/breakfast is very very average.

Positives: The Radisson Blu is well located if you want to stay in central Amsterdam.

Negatives: The mattress was rock hard and the pillows evaporated once your head make contact. Rooms extremely pricey for what you get. Front desk service was rude and the bar service non-existent - I left after 10mins because no waiter showed up.

Overall a nice hotel but wouldn't return.

Hotel very centrally located. Room clean.
Staff a bit "musty" and the breakfast buffet a bit small and messy. Very tight and confusing, especially when the hotel is busy.

Our honeymoon stay in Amsterdam was made even better by the wonderful concierge service at the Radisson Blu. They hooked us up with the breakfast upgrade we wanted (absolutely worth it, the food is fantastic) and they helped us book tours for all of the key sights we were interested in seeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We were initially concerned that the location of the hotel would guarantee the typical hustling noise of downtown city life, however, we were pleasantly surprised to find silence the moment we closed the door. We ordered breakfast one morning to be delivered to the room and the folks at the Radisson Blu added bread, cheese, and fruit to our order at no charge. The distance to each attraction (the canal tours, the walking tours, the Van Gogh museum, etc.) is within about equal walking distance, very easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel for any Amsterdam visit, and I will definitely return.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and eager to help and the concierge was wonderful. He helped me go through the different tours they provided and narrow down which would be best to do over the several days we were in Amsterdam. I saw some comments in regards to the breakfast and we enjoyed it, we upgraded our room and so had the breakfast thrown in. Not sure if I would pay the 27 a day per person by itself for any breakfast really but what they had was really great. We also were able to get it delivered to the room for no extra charge. Then again anything like that and the mini bar in the room included are expensive but your paying for convenience. The hotel was updated and very clean. Our room had very high ceilings and huge windows looking down on a quite street. Overall really enjoyed our stay and next time we are in Amsterdam we will probably stay here again. Price was good for service and defiantly location, right in the middle of everything.

Standard European room but very hot - decor getting a bit tired (same in the corridors). Great bed . Concierge service and recs excellent. Standard European breakfast. Excellent location (not overlooking canal as some pics suggest - well, my room didn't).

Breakfast buffet is amazing, staff are very nice. Our room is a little small and we are in their adjoining building that requires us to use their underground hall that connects the two. Otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

Located in the center of Amsterdam. Convenient location. The food in the room service is tastier than in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is normal. There are fresh and smoothies. When we settled in the Junior suit, it turned out that the pillows and blanket are feather. I called at the reception, asked to change to synthetic. Kindly agreed and after 10 minutes everything was changed. Cleaning quality and fast. At breakfast, they gave us a free 5% discount card for food in Radisson. Warm, clean and comfortable. There is an ATM in the lobby of the souvenir shop

Location is quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to many attractions and i was able to have a relaxing bath. However it's very corporate feeling and very expensive for what you actually get.

This was our 4th trip to Amsterdam and we wanted to stay somewhere a little more central this time around, to see what the experience would be like (we normally stay in the museum quarter). We decided to splurge and spend a little more than we normally would, and stayed at the Radisson based on location and pictures online. The hotel was nice, clean and well organized. It was a fair walk (because of luggage) from the train station, but not that easily accessible by transit, or not enough to make it worth it. Our reservation was accurate and check in was easy. The attempted to "upsell" us to a business class room with breakfast when we arrived, but we already spend more than usual on the room we pre-booked. The hotel is made up of 2 buildings on either side of a street. However, to access building 2 (for security) you have to go to building one. So we would have to enter building one, go downstairs, walk under the street through a corridor, and then take the elevator up on the other side. This process got old, quickly. While the room was clean, and quiet, and spacious, being in building 2 kind of made us feel like a second class citizen. The main lobby of the first building has these huge high ceilings, and you can see how all the rooms connect to it. Not sure what those rooms were like, or if that's what we would have got if we spent the extra money, but we didn't really love the experience and hassle of getting to and from out room each time we arrived and departed. We also didn't feel like the location was more central than expected. We felt we were walking longer and further to find good eateries than we did when we stayed in other areas of town. So overall, this place wasn't really our favourite. It might work well for many, and i can see if being good for conferences or things like that, but unlikely I stay again unless I had a REALLY good deal. I felt I spent more, and got less this time around.

Absolutely beautiful room we got upgraded to a superior room and they knew we were here for my birthday so the organised a special surprise. The staff were all really friendly and the hotel is massive. The decor is modern and very appealing. The lobby and resturants are well done to. Would highly recommend this place for the money.
