I had a very unpleasant check in and check out experience. The front desk staff member were rude and argumentative.
We had 5 rooms in the hotel and none of us can say anything positive about the front desk.
- our bills were mixed up (despite depeated instructions)
- check in took more than an hour (we reached hotel around mid night and we're extremely tired)
- both individuals on the front desk were extremely unprofessional and least bothered to help.
- we also had an American colleague with us who was sick..no assistance was provided despite multiple requests

Its a good hotel..huge luxury rooms and good lobby....room windows had a leak so looked very dirty. Maintenance should be improved.

Nice gesture and warm greeting by each and every staff..specially Daleep ji and Prateek chaudhary ji..

Local 2start restaurants are better. Pathetic service & food.

The stay was very comfortable. Also Mr. Bhuvnesh and HemRaj were very hospitable.

Wonderful experience. Very hospitable and professional Staff. Food was very tasty. We will carry lovely memories. The variety of food was very good. I really liked the concept of open kitchen. Right from the arrival all the staff was very humble and helpful.

The rooms are big and spacious with tall windows allowing good amount of sunlight. Stayed in both normal and business class rooms, the only difference is with the bathtub available in the business class room and a bit of difference in the room furniture setup. Business class rooms are situated on the higher floors and normal room are situated on the lower floors

The breakfast is quite good and generally have 3-4 south Indian dishes with idli and dosa available all days. The only problem is getting coffee/water to the table, both are not available for self serve and getting the attention for it to be served can get challenging.

One of the better hotels that I've been to, but they still need to improve. Especially the staff in the dining area could wear a little smile. It takes them like forever to serve. Room services too could have been better.

Perfect, but worst bellboy service , I had to tell them thrice for a water bottle, and even they was not taking any efforts to resolve my booking and even it took them around 30 mins to solve the issue that too I had to take efforts .
