Good place to host event like conferences and seminars etc. Venue is comfortable for international delegates. Good place and good staff.

You get 2 stars because your staff really provides exceptional service. You lose 3 stars because you were spineless to act on my complaints of my neighbour smoking in his room, that leaked into mine and ruined my stay.

The pace of refilling the empty food trays was very slow

Hotel is located at a convenient place in Greater Noida, also next to a mail. Food was good but service was not upto the mark..had to remind 2 or 3 times for anything required which was a big turnoff.

Very nice ambience. Beautifully maintained. Nice Washroom. Although the lunch was a bit over priced compared to the quality of the food, still loved it.

Had lunch here. Really nice buffet with lots of options for everyone to enjoy. Food was good for tourists because they had a variety of options for those not used to Indian food.

Very good for business travelers. Work space has been designed in a way that increases ones productivity. Restaurant is good too.

So far the best back area I've come across in a 5* hotel. Neatly designed and had everything one could possibly think of as a hotelier

Rooms are ok, if you smoke... it's a non-smoking hotel, but you can some by paying rs. 2000 which I think is stupid. Breakfast is normal or I would say below average.

Best Hotel in the Greater Noida. Prime location, ease of proximity to India Expo Centre Greater Noida. Amazing food quality.

It's seems good if you are coming on company's expense otherwise its not that great . lobby doesn't have open WiFi . hot water didn't come at night ..

Very well maintained. Staff is decent. They normally have only one person at the counter during check in / check out which in general delays it. Need to work on this.

Buffet at about Rs 1800 each. Excellent Chinese n continental restaurant. Breakfast at about Rs 150 each. Lunch, dinner for about Rs. 700 to 1000 each. Tea is costly. Soups genuinely priced n good.

Perfect Place to stay. Must recommend to everyone, and do buy the breakfast meal. It's worth every penny.

Great rooms and service with a pool, gym, spa and sauna facilities

Nilisha, Suraj and Samridhi were very helpful during the stay.

Hotel is okay but not comparable to European pendants.
The majority of the staff is very friendly.

A lot of small imperfections at the building stock, inside and outside. Which can also be a general problem in the country.
Smog also inside the building (dining area), because there is no door to refuse this. So you sometimes have to take your breakfast within the smog.

Some of the people, of course not all, who are working at the reception are not even able to do a simple booking.

To sum up the hotel is okay for a couple of days. Beside all the smaller issues we faced the general experience here was okay but far away from a five star hotel of western standard.

It is really nice and pleasent stay outvside the home. Friendly and proactive staff. Specilly nilisha & bhuvesh

Was here for new year eve. It was great staying with Raddison Blu Greater Noida. During checkout Shruti and Vishvendra were very helpful and cooperating.
