The hotel is good for business travellers. The amenities are nice.

Comfortable stay, staff is polite and very accommodating. We stayed here with family and were not disappointed with this pick.

Very poor experience. I hosted a party of 150 people and it was pain in the butt to arrange with them. They promise something else when you go to plan the party with them and they will tell you all the hidden stuff on the day of party. Very poor service and rude staff. I seriously won't recommend to anyone. Lot of rooms AC don't work and even refrigerators and when you complain about it they told us that " you probably don't know how to turn on the AC and all" .

Food was also excellent, overall experience was very good

Good ambience. Spacious room but small bath space. Average food, staff need to be trained to serve customers.

The room is nice, clean, noisy, especially during the day. The sound of the staff is very loud. The room is not soundproof. Who can't sleep during the day?

It is located on the main road so it is easy to locate, service their is good, I attended a wedding their & its all good .

I have given 2 stars only because of the front desk guy. His name is Rajeev. He was so disrespectful while speaking with us and explaining or clearing our doubts. No one at the front desk cares to greet the customer with a smile. The rest of the staff was pretty decent. The rooms are spacious though but I am never visiting this place again only because of the front desk people being so cold while receiving the guest. Horrible experience while checking out.

F&B service Ms. Muskan is very good. Guest services are wonderful Mr. Daleep is very nice and very helpful.

Nice place. Good rooms. Lot of flies and mosquitoes. Hence lower rating.

This place seems to have improved. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food was delicious.

I had planned my son's wedding here. Right from booking the place, setting the menu, selecting the right decoration and finally on the actual day everything working to clock precision, it was a wonderful experience. All the staff were cordial, helpful, smartly attired and always smiling. Food quality was excellent and got several compliments from the guests.

A nice and convinient place for any mandatory residence workshop of corporates. Friendly staff, nice buffet bfast, dinner and lunch. Walking distance from Grand Venice mall- Greater Noida.
