Took over 2 months to get through the interview pr...

Took over 2 months to get through the interview process with them for job opening, with one of their recruiters consistently rescheduling interviews after a date and time was already scheduled. In the the end they just ghosted me after the final interview. Common courtesy is lost in HR these days.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with...

I had a wonderful customer service experience with their European branch. I had problems with the remote for my dog's collar 2 months after I bought it. I called their CS the next day to ask them for help and they sent me a replacement battery and asked me to ring back if that didn't help. The battery came the following day. After replacing it the remote still didn't work so I rang back and surprisingly they sent me a new remote and explained how to set it up in detail. The new remote came the day after and everything worked fine. I'm really happy as I've never experienced such good service! Unfortunately I can't rate their CS reps directly but please let them know they're great!

Purchased Martingale collar for dog who can escape...

Purchased Martingale collar for dog who can escape a regular collar by backing out. Collar I received was assembled incorrectly and is useless for correcting the problem.
Suggest this company have additional training for those responsible for assembling this product.

So the only option is call them (during my lunch break) and hope that they are able to get to me before it is over in 30 min. Not been so far.....

My wife and I had an Invisible Fence installed on ...

My wife and I had an Invisible Fence installed on Aug. 3, 2018 in Hamburg, NY. This included the collar, installation, training, and power caps. We have repeatedly tried to contact them for the training but have been unable to. Then found out that the owner had passed away. We were then told to contact a dealer in Rochester, NY for help but have not been able to get a hold of anybody there. We feel that Invisible Fence isn't holding up their end of bargain. We've actually been in contact with their corporate offices in Tennessee in regards to a refund. Her name is Shannon Hughes, a customer care dealer liason. It's been several weeks since I've been in contact with Shannon and the last update that I received after submitting a few pieces of information was that management was reviewing our claim in regards of a refund. You would think they would hurry things up since we've been, in our minds, screwed in our purchase of their product. Yes, I'm sorry they owner of the West Seneca dealer passed away but they way corporate is handling this says a lot about their company and product. And from what information that I received from an email chain that I was mistakenly a part of their so called "expert trainers" aren't really experts. We paid for a product and service and we didn't receive what was agreed upon.

Great experience with this company! I rarely write reviews but they were so awesome! I ordered two harnesses for my two dogs and they both were too big. I emailed and quickly got a response asking for their measurements. They suggested a new size and got the order processed immediately! They even told me not to return the harnesses that were too big and to donate them to a local shelter or rescue-that's awesome!!! I will be a loyal customer!

Radio system employees went over and above to help me find a charger for my bark collar. There's two people I spoke to on my report they should be recognized for outstanding customer service in the end I'm very pleased with this company

I have never even been here, or worked here but it's a excellent place to go for service or a career they offer all kinds of things for pets..... They will walk your pet garraffe while you are out on a date or even teach your alligator how to swim. Maybe even fly with your bird. Just give them a call ASAP!!!! They will gladly assist you.
