My wife and I had an Invisible Fence installed on Aug. 3, 2018 in Hamburg, NY. This included the collar, installation, training, and power caps. We have repeatedly tried to contact them for the training but have been unable to. Then found out that the owner had passed away. We were then told to contact a dealer in Rochester, NY for help but have not been able to get a hold of anybody there. We feel that Invisible Fence isn't holding up their end of bargain. We've actually been in contact with their corporate offices in Tennessee in regards to a refund. Her name is Shannon Hughes, a customer care dealer liason. It's been several weeks since I've been in contact with Shannon and the last update that I received after submitting a few pieces of information was that management was reviewing our claim in regards of a refund. You would think they would hurry things up since we've been, in our minds, screwed in our purchase of their product. Yes, I'm sorry they owner of the West Seneca dealer passed away but they way corporate is handling this says a lot about their company and product. And from what information that I received from an email chain that I was mistakenly a part of their so called "expert trainers" aren't really experts. We paid for a product and service and we didn't receive what was agreed upon.
