I had a wonderful customer service experience with their European branch. I had problems with the remote for my dog's collar 2 months after I bought it. I called their CS the next day to ask them for help and they sent me a replacement battery and asked me to ring back if that didn't help. The battery came the following day. After replacing it the remote still didn't work so I rang back and surprisingly they sent me a new remote and explained how to set it up in detail. The new remote came the day after and everything worked fine. I'm really happy as I've never experienced such good service! Unfortunately I can't rate their CS reps directly but please let them know they're great!
