In town for Thanksgiving and saw The Rockettes. The show was incredible! There were multiple acts with different stories. While the dancing stole the show, it was much more than we expected it to be. Can t wait to go back! It s a must do if you re in NYC for the holidays.

Very nice experience there. Watched Christmas spectacular there. Great show. The theater is beautiful and large. During the show, not only the front stage is involved, the ceiling and side walls are all like a hugh 3 D stage. The foods and suvaniors are good but expensive.

Magical of course. Long lines that moved quickly and efficiently. In the grand lobby you can get your picture taken with Santa - when we were making our decision on what to buy the clerk was very rude said if your daughter stops flipping through them I ll help you . We wrote him off as having a bad night.

Yes it is touristy, yes it is crowded and yes it is a little dated but it is Radio City Music Hall. Where else would you kick off the holiday season with the Rockettes? You can catch some major acts here too.

Come on down and see the tree on top of the marquis.

I came to see The New York Spectacular.
Picture It is a musical okay. Also, even if you do not understand English, you can enjoy even a person who watches a musical for the first time after a dynamic line dance and images around the stage change.

We watched the Rockets on their Christmas show. They are perfect. Came with our teenage daughters. We all loved the show. I started coming to see it 50 years ago with my parents (not every year) and never get tired.... don't miss it. It is an important part of the New York Christmas experience.

The behind the scenes tour is a must for fans and day visitors. If you are able to see the rocketttes for their Xmas show, it's fun and for the entire family. What's really cool is the stage and costumes.

What better way to bring in the holiday season than with a trip to Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall to see the Rockettes? The Christmas Spectacular is great show for people of all ages. Singing and dancing, sights and sounds, with Santa and all the performers what a lovely start to a night out in the city. Thanks for wonderful time.

Awesome venue. Great sound quality and beautiful interior. Easily accessible and will definitely be going back.

HOWEVER, literally everyone was on their phones recording the entire performance. This was distracting and annoying and you will NEVER look at those videos and feel the same way as you would have if you had just enjoyed the performance. I wish there was a no phones policy.

This pic if from the 3rd mezzanine. Still a really good viewpoint.

One of the most beautiful and technologically amazing venues in the entire world - catch the Christmas Spectacular to get an idea of what the building can do, but any event thete is special just for being in that room.

I couldn t find the Radio in this big place! It s pretty though, I did meet Santa and a bunch of half naked ladies with really long legs, they didn t know where s the Radio was either! Smh Radio City music hall, lots oh halls but no RADIO! There s a big tree in the back though, pretty too. Bring the kids, they can meet Santa, maybe ask about the Radio for me.

I was recently here for the second time to watch America's Got Talent. The ambience is amazing, with a stunning chandelier that you must get some photos before you leave. The seats are very comfy and the sound system here is most definitely better than the movie theater. The bathroom lounge is very unique with many mirrors. I look forward to seeing many other shows and concerts here!

About Radio City Music Hall

Radio City Music Hall is a world-renowned entertainment venue located in the heart of New York City. It is one of the most iconic landmarks in the city and has been entertaining audiences for over 80 years. The venue is owned by Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp, which also owns other famous venues such as Madison Square Garden, Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden, and Beacon Theatre.

The history of Radio City Music Hall dates back to the 1920s when John D. Rockefeller Jr. decided to build a new entertainment complex in Rockefeller Center. The complex was designed by architect Edward Durell Stone and interior designer Donald Deskey, who created an Art Deco masterpiece that would become one of the most recognizable buildings in New York City.

Radio City Music Hall officially opened on December 27th, 1932 with a lavish stage show featuring Ray Bolger (best known for his role as Scarecrow in "The Wizard of Oz") and Martha Graham (a legendary dancer and choreographer). Since then, Radio City has hosted countless concerts, shows, movies premieres, award ceremonies and other events that have become part of American pop culture.

One of the most famous events held at Radio City Music Hall is the annual Christmas Spectacular starring The Rockettes. This holiday tradition has been running since 1933 and features high-kicking dancers performing classic Christmas songs like "Jingle Bells" and "The Nutcracker". Other popular shows include Cirque du Soleil's Zarkana (which ran from June to September 2011), Dave Chappelle's residency (which took place in August 2017) or Harry Styles' Fine Line Live concert series (in October-November 2021).

In addition to live performances, Radio City Music Hall also hosts private events such as weddings or corporate gatherings. The venue offers several event spaces including the Grand Foyer (a stunning Art Deco space with marble floors), Roxy Suite (a luxurious lounge area) or even backstage tours where visitors can see what goes on behind-the-scenes during a show.

If you're planning on visiting New York City anytime soon or are looking for an unforgettable night out with friends or family members then be sure to check out what's happening at Radio City Music Hall! With its rich history, stunning architecture and world-class entertainment offerings it truly is one-of-a-kind experience that you won't want to miss!
