Premium hotel for a not so premium price. The buffet was kinda expensive. Otherwise a good place

A decent Hotel. I only spent one night here and it was spent well.
1. Location - 4/5. Not very far from the airport. I didn't find it to be very hectic to travel to.
2. Reception/Staff - 5/5. Helpful and polite. They were decent enough to open their then-closed laundry dry my wet pant(i accidentally dropped it in the bathroom). They even packed my breakfast at 5 in the morning as i had to catch my flight. 5 stars for that.
3. Rooms - 4/5. Comfortable and decent. Value for money.
4. Food - 3/5. One out of two things was good and the other tasteless. As a piece of advice, don't order paneer kadai. And the pizzas are big enough to fill two people.
5. Services -4/5. Some delays but bare-able.

Overall, if u have a low-mid budget, and want to spent a night or two not too away from the airport, this is your spot. And i loved their lift. It was fancy :P

A hotel that meets the needs of Western tourists, a rarity in India.

1 km away from CMBT , Probably nearest and the best 3star hotel option to stay ! With a restaurant ( buffet & A la carte ) well-spaced and quick response from the staffs at the reception!!

Perfect in everything

Good points:
1. Free Internet access
2. Spacious rooms. Especially the ones facing metro bridge.
3. Extremely courteous and ever ready to help staff.
4. This hotel has been awarded some sort of award by TA and its truly deserving.
5. The location is also good... probably at a comfortable distance from my workplace.
6. THE BEST PART IS THE BUFFET DINNER... VEGETARIANS USUALLY DO NOT HAVE MUCH CHOICE. BUT, THE VARIETY THEY HAVE HAD ME TASTING ALMOST A BIT OF EVERYTHING. JUST TOO GOOD IN TASTE AND SERVICE... WORTH EVERY PENNY...

Room tip: Try the ones facing the metro bridge

Had booked 2 rooms for a one night stay.
Check-in was ok. Requested for wifi details, which the person was supposed to call at the room and inform, but was conveniently forgotten.
One of the rooms which had a specific non-smoking room board on the door, reeked of tobacco smoke. House-keeping suggested to keep the room open, which let the mosquitoes in and then sprayed the room freshener, which had some effect till about an hour. The room was back to its smelly self, soon after and was there until we checked out.
Room service for food and water was fast and courteous.
Food stains on the curtains and mold / stains in the bath area left an unpleasant impression.
Stinginess on basic toiletries was unexpected of a hotel of this chain.
Check-out process was one of the slowest I have ever been in, especially when you see hotels trying to fast things up with fast-checkout etc.
Manager on the Checkout desk need to be more pleasant as opposed to being almost rude.
20 min checkout processes, while we wait on the desk, in this age is unacceptable,
Unfortunately, Quality and service seems to have degraded over the years.

Good Hotel for business and economical tourists from other countries. Good quality food available from any corner of the world. Good English Pub to hang out.

Very neat a d clean. A absolutely value for Money. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide spread items. But there is scope to improve on taste. Couldn't get time to pick up some snaps.

Radha, the favourite destination for decades. You never could guess the hotel is very spacious inside with lot of positive vibes. Ample Car parking, Large front lobby , restaurants etc would make you to visit Radha again and again. The Buffett is always good and value for the money... So, don't wait.. You must experience Radha regent...

I have stayed in this hotel for a week for official purpose. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Tried lunch buffet today and writing this review right after checking out from here!! Worst buffet and service!! Such a pathetic varieties I ever seen in my life time in a buffet show case!

Good ambience, grt infra, reg food it was not to tge level, we wr thr a function, the veg buffet was served,, 30%ok..

Went to attend a function. Hall was good. Enough Parking. Wash rooms were far away at the back.

Great ambience and good food. However due to COVID restrictions the crowd is thin and not all restaurants are functioning

The food quality at lobby cafe has degrade to a greater extent. They reduced the dinner buffet spread but not the price. The service is not upto the mark. We are regular visitors but unfortunately not value for money

We Celebrated Holi Festival there.It was awesome and they conducted the show so good

Perfect place for ,boarding, party and beautiful occassions, meeting , Functions etc.,

Went for a wedding reception. The hall is good. Parking space is available. Also additional parking space created at the back of the hotel. Food is decent. Air conditioning at the Lobby and waiting area is absolutely Zero. It was pretty hot.

The ambiance is good, staff are good, food is good, however the laundry service is not 24x7. But the over all experience is worth another visit.

The place wasn't sanitized and there is no security's to check temp, no front office people to welcome.

This hotel is a very efficiently run 3 star hotel near the Koyambedu bus terminus. The rooms are well maintained, the food is tasty, the linen are clean and above all is most courteous staff. There are no cut back felt owing to COVID. Will always stay here in future.

Superb experience @ Orientals during family luncheon

Average hotel.I had been there for corporate training.Food is below average.Shiveringgggggg...they would not consider the room temperature.Anytime AC would be on.despite you instruct them several times.
