Not a great place for Banquet halls ....But overall the restaurant and the bar is neat and good. Food is good....

I was in the restaurant for the first time with my friends. There was Hyderabadi food festival happening there with a live musicians performing with customary classical instruments . It was buffet dinner and we begin with starters. The taste of the food was horrible. Without eating further we called for the manager to complain about its quality. He was unresponsive and very defensive on his workplace's food quality. He never ever was apologetic and put the blame on our taste buds (as if 6 persons tongue malfunctioned that night). While foreigners ate what they got, we localities know how a Hyderabad food will taste like (Im not meaning the hotness and spice here. It is the flavor, smell and taste). Very unfriendly service at the restaurant. Manager too rude and unapologetic. Avoid this place if you wish to hang out for a good food.

Attended a get together function at the hotel. The meeting room at the first floor is of average size and can accommodate 250 in theatre style. Another meeting hall of similar size available in the basement. Food quality and taste is above average however we had limited varieties for our party. Hotel is three Star category with good parking space at the back of hotel.

The front office staff should have better knowledge about there regular customers and try to retain them.

Amazing Place . Visited the Mezzanine Floor Hall for a family event. It was just perfect. Would recommend to friends and family. Valet parking available too.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Wifi is good and fairly inexpensive ($15 US for a week). Lobby cafe has a good breakfast buffet with a nice selection of Indian and 'western' foods. Not too long of a drive from the airport either.

A good hotel and dining experience. Ample parking space very clean rooms and good service.very friendly people. Conducted my son's first birthday party in the Plaza Hall and it was a good memorable experience. Please try a buffet lunch or dinner or try to celebrate Any family or friends special occasion.

Awesome food... Extremely good hospitality... It's a 4 star hotel near from CMBT bus terminus, Metro Station is very near, it connect both Airport and railway station...

It's nice hotel.I have stayed about 2 months over here due to a project.Service staff and over all things are pretty good.

We had a wonderful time in the hotel. We bought a buffet coupon from nearby website that cost 555rs for unlimited non veg buffet. It's worth of having since there was a huge menu

This is a very well maintained place. Clean & tidy rooms. Courteous staff & good service. Just 5 Minutes away from Main Bus stand & 30 Minutes away from the airport
