This company routinely sends incorrect information to collections according to complaints filed with the BBB. Then they give you the runaround when you try to get a hold of someone. They have drug my husband's credit through the mud over a clerical mistake they are too disorganized to detect or correct. This company is nothing but a slum lord style management company, keeping properties only long enough to sell them for a profit and causing mayhem for everyone involved for years to come.

I worked for Radco Residential one of their properties it was called Ashford Merdian Hills, I enjoyed my managers Jahvier Berber & Gerardo they re both still with Aion unfortunately my career ended when Radco switched companies. Whomever works with them in the future are definitely lucky I enjoyed my leasing experience with them.

If you can avoid any Radco property! Run!! They acquired my property which was probably the nicest property they have, lowered the rent, and it went down considerably, not to mention charging extra fees upon move out! Runn!!! They have the worst management and the property that was a really nice property went down considerably.

My experience with DJ was exceptional. He was very professional, he listened to my needs and show me units that offered me just what I wanted. My move in was smooth and I m very happy. He answered my calls and was extremely amazing. If your looking for a smooth process than you will need to have DJ as your leasing agent.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish someone would have warned me. This is the worst apartment complex I have EVER dealt with- and I have lived in Charleston for a while. Never have I ever witnessed such inhumane conditions- hundreds of roaches, nonfunctioning AC, nonfunctioning toilet and shower, black mold, rotting wood in all closets. The neighbors to my right had the same and the ones above had mice. And not to mention the smell- because of the lack of trash-pick up, the massive infestation of roaches, and the black mold- it smells like something died- all. the. time. The management is unhelpful, compulsively lies, and doesn't respond. I am so grateful I was able to get out of this disgusting joke of a complex- we didn't even stay 6 days. However, I feel so bad for those whom this company continues to take advantage of. So many families live in this complex and have no other option. Shame on this company! This is at Ashford Riverview in Charleston, SC.

We have lived at Cobalt Springs almost 9 yrs, I have worked with the public 34 years. Was treated horribly this afternoon when I thought I made a mistake on paying my $1023 rent. Hope to never ever have to go to that office again. Have
paid aprox $100,000 in rent and today ruined it. since the new management came, this place has become an aweful place. strictly due to certain office personal. Lots leaving. and. well. enough for now. stay clear.

Rented an apartment in Ridenour (Kennesaw) which I expected to be a nice property, but it was a dump. Had to have all major appliances replaced right away, which was handled by property management after pushing for it, but the clouded windows were never replaced as promised. Calling & emailing the main office at Cumberland was a waste of time. Nobody ever responded or seemed to care. And the dumpster was routinely overflowing.

Radco residential manages Radius West Midtown and I love living in this apartment! Everyone is so friendly! Adam is the man! He always takes care of any issue immediately and finds the best solution.

I have never seen a company that you call over 40x and email the corporate team, file via bbb and leave voice-mail and they still don't respond or answer. I live at THE CROSSING AT MCDONOUGH and I have had nothing but a bad experience with Radco and there leasing staff. I have to call the office over 8-10x for an answer sometimes. They moved me in a unit where the water heated bust and I had mold all over my utility closet, hallway baseboard, master bathroom base board, the wall still leaks in the master bath and its still not fixed, my foundation is splitting and cracking and its still not fixed. Me, my 6 and 9 year old have gotten sick from the mold. DUE to the mold and moisture the bugs are ridiculous and I have roaches, ants, spiders, gnats, waterbugs,earwigs, crickets,flies are the worse and I have been patiently waiting on corporate to at least check on me as their tenant but they don't care its all about the money. But because I have sooooo many issues that I won't list here I will have to seek an attorney. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 0 and I would not refer friends or family. Everything I am saying I have way more photos, emails,screenshots and videos. DONT TELL ME TO CALL YALL EITHER CAUSE YOU DONT ANSWER I HAVE LEFT 7 VOICEMAILS AND 40 CALLS.
Do you research not just on the apartment but the company they are under.

Update: An employee from corporate called 09/14 and I told her everything going on and also I was told to send over all my proof of the condition of my unit via email also was told to receieve a follow up call for 09/15 and it never happened. Also she called me blocked so that I cant just contact them and that for one is unprofessiinal with the given circumstances at hand. I have emailed her 6x no response, update, call. no nothing.
