Louise Stringfellow - I see both Naomi for Chiro and Katrina for reflexology. Naomi has been the only person in 20 years who has really listened to me about my condition and pushed to get x-rays and investigation done which has revealed I have an underlying spinal problem. Katrina is amazing and her Reflexology sessions help keep my hormones and general well being in check. The amazing Reception staff especially the lovely Anna are all amazing and so welcoming.

Can not recommend the Radcliffe Chiropractic Clinic enough. Such a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. I have been seeing Naomi for support during pregnancy and am very excited for the positive benefits she is bringing to this experience. I would not hesitate to recommend!

I have been sufferring from back pain for years - I had seen numerous chiropractors/Physio's before but Naomi has been the only professional who has really made a massive difference - it has honestky changed my life and I cant thank her enough!

First started having pain in the middle of September which came to ahead on the 24th when I woke up and I couldn't stand. The team managed to fit me in with Rachel with about 2 hours notice, which began my treatment. I had to hobble in on two walking sticks pretty much dragging my legs behind. The care and concern the team had for me was astounding and was booked in with Jack for the Monday.
After managing to cope with just one stick from the day after my massage with Rachel, my treatment started with Jack at the beginning of October. 12 intense sessions, after 4 I could function with out a stick and six I was back walking with out it too.
The care and support that has been provided was amazing, through which I now don't need a walking stick, it doesn't cause me pain to move and I can even touch my toes again!
Such a phenomenal team!

A really warm and welcoming practice that takes a holistic approach to fixing you up and keeping you there. The team are careful to really get to the root of the issues you have and focus in on helping you sort them. X-rays and thorough consultations reveal the cause of issues you ve previously only been given pain pills to remedy, and you re led down a path of proactive (rather than reactive) care.

Excellent service and the staff there have really good knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

Naomi and the team are fantastic. I took my little boy when he was a few months old to see Naomi and he's been going ever since. She has worked wonders with him. I was so impressed that Naomi now works with me too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've been suffering from severe back and sciatic pain for the past 5 years and have had physio, lots of drugs and a seen a pain management team who, after trying a few things said they couldn't help and I'd just have to live with it. I've visited Jack for chiropractic treatment 9 times over the past 3 weeks and had a sports massage from Dan and the results have been miraculous! I'm finally able to exercise, sleep properly and feel optimistic about life again! I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough, all the staff on reception are so friendly and helpful. All in all a great place.

Extremely pleasant staff. The building looks recently refurbished and makes for a lovely environment to come and have a massage or whatever. The girls on reception were very friendly and professional (in dress and approach). This place is also pet friendly.

I had a firm sports massage done by Laura and it was my first ever so it was rather painful! This was exacerbated due to the fact that I have an old injury, which affects my back and I weight train often and have been doing so for 10+ years. So a sports massage was massively overdue! But Laura made the whole thing bearable - she kept talking to me and the whole ordeal was over before I knew it! (I joke - it wasn't that bad!!)

I feel so much better after the massage. Laura also gave me some after massage advice, such as drinking plenty of fluids and having a hot bath to settle the muscles! I have made an appointment for my next session.

Like I said this was massively overdue and I will be a regular customer from now on. I can't recommend this place enough!

Having been suffering with restricted movement in my left arm I went to see Dr Katie. She has been brilliant in giving me back movement in my arm. I am very happy with my outcome and would recommend her to anyone with a similar problem to me.

I've been a client of Naomi's for almost a year now and during that time she has helped me immensely with the treatment of my frozen shoulder. She got my right shoulder moving again within a couple of months and when my left shoulder started with symptoms as well (lots of pain and restriction of movement) she was able to help me manage my pain a lot better than previously without her help. Frozen shoulder is a long term issue, but I'm convinced without Naomi's help I would not be as far on my path of recovery as I currently am.
I can recommend her services wholeheartedly.

I am so happy I found this place when I was deciding where to go! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and Jack and Naomi are amazing at what they do. I initially went with a specific concern but I have realised just how much chiropractic has impacted my overall wellbeing and enabled me to be confident to get back in the gym and exercising. They have always taken the time to understand what is going on and are dedicated to improving your health :)

I first went to Jack in my third trimester of pregnancy with back pain. I was immediately looked after and listened to. Within a few sessions, I felt tremendous relief. I was able to enjoy the remained of my pregnancy so much more. I would highly recommend Jack and the rest of the clinic to anyone (pregnant or not). I will absolutely continue using this service for me and my baby.

Katie is my Chiropractor and she is amazing, I went to her after a car crash and I feel so much better for doing so. I still continue my treatment and feel better each time. I would highly recommend the practice and will continue to go myself.

Myself and my wife both suffered from low back issues (amongst other areas). We started seeing Ed well over 2 years ago and found chiropractic so beneficial that we have been having monthly adjustments ever since.
Our visits continue and now the practice is in safe and perfect hands with Naomi taking over.
With the added bonus of.....JELLY!!!!! :) (not the eating kind, the pug kind)

I've also had to book in for what i'd call 'emergency' sessions when i've attained a daft injury and they have ALWAYS been able to accommodate me and alleviate the problems, using either chiropractic, acupuncture and/or massage.

Having suffered with back pain on and off for years despite being reasonably fit, Katie has helped me understand my weaknesses in certain muscles and work out how to strengthen them. It has been brilliant motivation and I feel so much better and stronger. I saw a chiropractor years ago but was just "cracked" a few times. This is such a different experience, really helping me understand my own body. Calming environment at the clinic & Anna is lovely.

Such a friendly and impressively run practice. I ve now seen Naomi for three weeks and have seen significant improvement in my neck and back pain which has already improved my quality of life. There s a way to go yet, but I now feel that the issues I ve experienced can be addressed - I m really feeling the benefits. Not only that but everything is explained in a super clear, straightforward way, which is a huge help. Strongly recommended.

Both myself and my partner have been coming here now for just over 6 weeks. All we have kept saying to each other is why on earth didnt we so this sooner? Susie in reception is so warm and welcoming, she really makes us feel like we are part of a family. Jack has massively helped us both and is so friendly. The adjustments are great and we have already noticed a massive difference! Couldnt recommend this place more strongly!

The treatment I receive from Jack really is life changing. Following a car accident a few years ago I have a problematic lower back and seeing Jack every few weeks keeps me mobile and pain free. The staff are amazing at the clinic too and I feel safe attending post Covid as it s extremely clean and organised. I couldn t recommend it enough!

I came to them slightly dubious about the whole 'Chiropractic' thing, however several people I hold in high regard have told me they are great soooo.... I gave it a go.
I am now 13 visits into a 24 visit 'package' and my lower back and neck have definitely changed - they move more freely and I have had no re-occurrence of my monthly back pain.... so the magic appears to be working. The physical intervention is excellent and sits well with me - its slightly alarming when done initially but you soon get used to it. I like the X Ray and the fact they closely look at your actual physical composition.
All staff are lovely.

I've had long-term Achilles tendinopathy and I never thought of seeing a chiropractor about it, until a friend who also had an Achilles problem recommended Naomi at Radcliffe Chiro. Having reached a frustrating point where my Achilles didn't seem to be getting any better, I decided to give it a go.
After only a few sessions with Naomi I began to see some improvement, and feel positive about recovery again.

I've been seeing naomi for 4 years. We travel quite a long way to be treated by her. I bring my 3 children too and it's made such a difference to our lives. I had a really horrible fall in the summer and I know without naomi to call on it would have been a very slow recovery. She truly had my back.

I have been a patient at Radcliffe Chiropractic Clinic for a number of years, having attended initially with great scepticism that manipulation could help to ease the considerable pain I was experiencing in my neck & shoulders?
I have happily been proved wrong and would thoroughly recommend a course of treatment for anyone suffering in this way, maybe from lots of time sat at a desk or computer /driving long distances combined with the stresses of modern life.
My treatment has enabled me to stop taking pain killers for shoulders /back & neck and to take part in sporting & leisure activities that I could not have imagined a couple of years ago.
I find that the treatment is always robust but 'hits the right spot', and enables me to garden, play the viola very regularly , go swimming and undertake long drives free from discomfort.
Whilst I have a monthly appointment, I have welcomed the flexibility and helpfulness of the team in accommodating requests to change time/day.

Dr Jack Gilbert is one of the best Chiropractors I've ever met. I've been through the mill with many of them in search of someone who truly understands my peculiar spine. Highly recommended.

I first went to Naomi when I was pregnant and baby was breech. I arrived feeling desperate and worried and stressed. Naomi was instantly so calming and reassuring. With her help, I had a pain free and successful ECV which meant I could have the water home birth I had longed for. I then took my new born due to some slight feeding issues. And now the whole family go regularly. We all feel great as a result. My husband has been adjusted by Dr Jack as well as Naomi and really likes him and his adjustments too. We are always made to feel so welcome by the whole team. It really does have a lovely family feel. We love chatting to Naomi who is so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. Like most people I have a job where I sit down at a desk looking at a computer screen. Over the years my shoulders and neck slowly tightened up. I have been seeing Naomi for regular treatments for two years, and the monthly adjustments make all the difference. I have very rarely have headaches now and my posture has improved noticeably.

After suffering from neck and shoulder pain for several months, which wasn't solved by a course deep tissue massage, I finally 'bit the bullet' and decided to visit chiropractor Naomi at Radcliffe Chiropractic Clinic(RCC).
My massage therapist directly had recommended RCC to me so I thought to give them a try because I recognized I needed a form of adjustment to help reduce the pain and improve my overall physical and mental condition; the pain was getting me down during the day and keeping me up at night!
I am a fit and active person and wanted to be able to do my sports training without pain again, and that is exactly where I am back to now following a six session course of treatment as prescribed and agreed with Naomi in the initial consultation! I attended these sessions over a three month period and now commit to monthly check ups.
The long term differences are that my postural alignment is improved as has my awareness and ability to maintain good posture in both active movements(running, cycling)) and sedentary positions(sitting at a laptop computer). I have also been able to increase my flexibility to my previous ranges of motion which is great!
I do continue with massage therapy every month as this helps to keep soft tissues supple and hold the good chiropractic work, as deep and chronic tension is an enemy to our overall health.
I would especially recommend RCC to anyone who needs help in pain relief and isn't getting effective results from their GP or Physiotherapists.
I'll be honest and say that I was initially worried about the costs involved however these have been far outweighed but the benefits of committing to the course of treatment. Added to this, RCC's friendly staff and the clinic's calming environment are a welcome break to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If in doubt give it a try , you won't regret it!

Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable people, both on reception and treating you, who are extremely thorough in your initial assessment and talk you through what to expect in your sessions. I started receiving chiropractic care over 11 years ago, after being diagnosed with severe neck problems.This made me unable to perform the most simple tasks, such as holding a paintbrush or sweeping up. The consultant I saw gave me the long term solution of a neck brace and powerful painkillers.This was not the advice I wanted to hear.
An advert for the Radcliffe Chiropractic Clinic prompted me to seek help, from then on help and guidance has helped me tremendously to carry on with a normal lifestyle. Since Naomi took over my care, she has carried on with my monthly adjustments, keeping me mobile for a life that sometimes includes manual labour !! As a bonus the clinic is also dog friendly.
