Everyone I dealt with the exception of the salesman were extremely rude. I was also given false information about obtaining my results and how quickly I would receive them, and when I called (several times) to get the results, I was told they were being "proofed", on my second call the rep tried to hang up on me. When I asked for a supervisor, suddenly and miraculously he was able to give me the results. Everyone I dealt with had a "too bad/who cares" attitude. It was obnoxious and infuriating, and I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

RAdata worked with us quickly to get our remediation system installed and re-tested so that we could keep our scheduled closing date. They were polite, timely and professional through every step. Would highly recommend using them.

We were just buying our first house and when the radon test came back it was right on the cusp of being a problem. Seeing as the rec room was in the basement and where our daughter would be spending the bulk of her time we were very concerned that she was going to be exposed to harmful gases. Did an excellent job repairing my radon abatement system.

We had our radon fan replaced and a gauge installed. The person who did the work was professional, pleasant and tidy. They brought our system up to code as well and included a radon test in the price to document the effectiveness of their work. I highly recommend RAdata.

I have three homes with water filtering systems and I d like to have them all tested at least once a year. I set up an appointment and was given a window of 12-5 so I told my tenant to be there. One of my tenant was running late and told the operator she would be there in 10 minuets. I was told no that I had to reschedule and pay the full amount $135 for 30 minuets. To me is really pretty of a company to work like this. I know time is money and every minute counts but to lose a customer and have bad reviews written about you for 10 minutes to me is not worth it. I work but maybe 50% of the realtors in this area and most houses in this area need water treatment I would never recommend this company to either realtor or a new homebuyer.

Lou was extremely helpful in expediting the remediation, install and water retest so that we could satisfy our "clear to close" on the sale of our home. He truly went above and beyond.

Very professional install. Neat, clean, and explained along the way. My installer Phil was GREAT. Will be sending my follow up readings in and hope the numbers get into the normal range.

I was told the system removes about 90% of the radon but only removed around 20%. Now I am told so much information that I should have been told at the start. Like how my basement was finished so they did not want to touch it. So they put it in the least efficient place possible. Now to lower the radon they will have to do more modifications. Horrible business where you tell the client more information about the system AFTER everything is installed and you take 2k.

RAdata performed radon mitigation at my house. All their staff were very professional and courteous. The quality of work was excellent. The equipment installed are of highest quality and the mitigation (intakes) inside the house were also concealed expertly. Radon mitigation is very tricky, my readings before the mitigation was above 10 pCi/l. After three rounds of mitigation efforts, the levels were brought down to under 0.5 pCi/L. The results exceeded my expectations. I would recommend RAdata to anyone who needs mitigation. I would like to give a shout out to John who did the initial assessment, electrician Matt, who was cheerful and did an awesome job and two other technicians (I don't recall their names, sorry.).

I used these folks on 4 separate occasions -- (3) water tests and one Arsenic remediation system. Less than 3 months after the service was performed the water had a strong smell of sulfur. The people were rude, refused to provide test results until my check cleared and even hung up on me. I followed up with several other people that utilized their service and they all reported the same rude and unprofessional manner in which they were treated. In a world of choices Good Customer Service Trumps all things. Run from these folks and never look back.

The technician arrived within appointment window time. He was very courteous and explained the problem prior to repairing. He was knowledgeable and the job was completed quickly. The cost was estimated at the time my appointment was made and the technician went into detail of costs with my approval before doing work. Turns out that the whole job was less than the original quoted cost. -If only all repair companies followed their example...

Don't back up their product asked for to check a system they installed and black balled me because I supposibly was upset with them on their last maintenance visit so instead of confronting me and asking me what the problem was he passed the buck to his receptionist not to business like , after this cowardly move I did some research and found out this happens many times before

RAdata Inc just came yesterday to install one radon mitigation sub-slab ventilation system . The installer is Phil , he came on time , not only he was so professional and explained fully each option and tradeoffs, also spent long hours to overcome hurdles posted by a fully furnished baseline. 24 hours later after the installation, the radon was reduced to almost undetectable 0.08 from 2.15 pCi/L per a AirThings home Radon detector , what a terrific job ! I had to cancel my service visit the day before (24hrs) my actual appointment because of an emergency at work. They wanted to charge me almost the full service visit fee because I did not call more then 48hrs beforehand. Who ever heard of needing to call 48hrs to cancel anything. When emergencies arise they do not usually happen more then two days beforehand. I will never use this company again.

Terrible craftsmanship. Left our home with shotty work. Crooked pipes added into our plumbing. A hole in the outside of our house. Not to mention they didn't test their work so it failed as soon as it was turned on. First red flag should be that they do the testing and remediation. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!

this place proved to be honest .
They promptly refunded me the Permit fee which I had paid to the Township to expedite.
Their sales/pricing tactics could use improvements where the 3 prices I received were: $1,095 or $1,695 or $1,795 :( just Not very bright .
The young man tech was friendly but bureaucratic,

My house was tested for Radon while I was selling it. I had no idea who to get to remediate it. My realtor told me RAdata was on their list of trusted companies. I couldn't I have been happier with RAdata's work. I moved out of state before they even started the work and they completed the work according to my needs from not being on site. Technician was excellent, so all good there. Polite, knew his stuff, made no mess whatsoever in a complicated situation. My only complaint:: Just think it's a bit unfair to get charged more than $100 for a second, necessary visit for a downspout and electrical work. I understand paying for the materials and labor, but the visit itself should not be an extra charge. Overall, recommended.

The person who came to do the radon remediation was very professional and knowledgeable. We had this done as it was necessary in order to sell our home. A family of six has lived in this house without anyone having any illness that could possible be related to radon. The "fix" was quite elaborate and ugly. I'm just glad we don't live there now.

I have never been so impressed with ANY service or company that I wanted to write a rave review like I am writing for RAdata (Please read to the end, I think it is important )

I purchased a home that was vacant for over a year and in very bad shape. I always lived in homes that had city water and city sewer. This home has a well and septic system of which I knew nothing about.

After having the water tested, I found there were e-coli and other contaminants in the well water.
I panicked!

Having had very strong Chemotherapy for Cancer my White Blood Cell count still remains lower than usual (WBCs are the cells of the immune system that are involved in protecting the body against both infectious disease and foreign invaders) and also developed an Autoimmune disorder.
I bought bottled water and went to my sister s house to bathe and do my laundry after I moved in.

I contacted RAdata (after long hours on the internet and having had them referred to me by a water testing company). Explaining my situation; Sam assured me they could help. They took care of the permits I needed then put in a water softener and a UV light system with 2 filters. The UV system kept beeping at me; there was something else wrong with the water. They tested for everything under the Sun. I called almost EVERY day Emily and Caitlyn that answered the phones were always so sweet and connected me right Sam or Lou.

Drew came to the house quite a few times. He spent a lot of time on the phone with Lou to try to remedy the situation.

Lou himself came out a few times also he replaced the UV bulb in case that was defective even unclogged my utility tub drain to make sure the backwash would not overflow! Nothing worked.

Shortly after Lou s visits they installed a Super-Duper UV light system with THREE attached filters. Inspection passed with flying colors and I have NOT had any problems since that was over 3 months ago. I shower, do laundry and even DRINK the water straight from the tap! RAdata is just AMAZING!!!

I cannot THANK YOU all enough: Lou, Dave, Sam, Drew, Tim, Emily, Caitlyn and anyone I failed to mention (I apologize) - for all your help, patience, always explaining things to me (usually 2 and 3 times) and NEVER/EVER making me feel like the pain that I was!
