Technician was excellent, so all good there. Polite, knew his stuff, made no mess whatsoever in a complicated situation. My only complaint:: Just think it's a bit unfair to get charged more than $100 for a second, necessary visit for a downspout and electrical work. I understand paying for the materials and labor, but the visit itself should not be an extra charge. Overall, recommended.
