Rachel's has been amazing in our two visits there. The food and service have been excellent, exceeding expectations. There is often a wait especially during peak meal times, but it's more than worth it. If you haven't been to Rachel's, do yourself a favor and try it, you will not be disappointed!

Delicious made to order crepes. Prices a reasonable, except they uncharge for silly little things like a side of sour cream. They usually have a specialty item rotating menu which is delicious and incorporates other business's products.

( i am coming back).
Galettes, original called... to me they need to be thin and full of Nutella , strawberrys and banana's. Can't see the brie in the one we order !!

Trendy enough for the Millenials but everyone has to try this place! Crepes are a big part of this but they have great smoothies and coffee type beverages. Great atmosphere and friendly helpful efficient staff. Pairs well with a show at the Fulton.

Went here for the fist time with my wife and daughter. The food was outstanding and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. Kids menu was great and the price for what you get is spot on. I had a great experience will definitely go back.

Their Berry cheesecake crepe is amazing. I strongly recommend that. The one problem I have, however is the texture. I have eaten there a few times, and 4/5, the crepes and the filling itself is just mushy and soggy. The Mediterranean one has an overwhelming amount of curry. But, the desert crepes are what keep me coming back.

I love this place! The staff is excellent and friendly, the food is fantastic, and they are LGBTQ+ friendly. Rachel's is an amazing spot, and I'm not just saying that because we share a name.

Always a delicious meal. Varied menu makes it a great choice for all dietary preferences. Portions are filling. It's also always a really tough choice between a meal crepe or a dessert crepe!
Not a complaint: Espresso is oversized. I ordered a double and a single would likely have been a typical double elsewhere.

The wait was estimated at 40 min but actually ended up being about 20. They called us because we went out for a walk. We were seated promptly and they were quite nice about us having an infant as well.

Service was good and the food was amazing!!! Will definitely come back to try more again.

Ugh. This place. I really want to try other places in Lanaster for brunch but I can't because I LOVE RACHEL'S. Really interesting array of dishes; love the number of ingredients they can jam in one crepe, the coffee is delish and delightful! The only downside is there is always a line/waiting period before you can get a table, but that just tells you how good this place is.

So ridiculously delicious. Great staff. Amazing food! Our table had a mix of savory crepes and sweet crepes--all were incredible. The smoothies were a family hit. We topped it off with the Nutella empanadas, which are flaky and delicious. I want to make a stop back just to try the hot chocolate! Loved the atmosphere and we're so glad we stopped.

Okay Place visited this place with my daughter for breakfast they sort of tend to cater to the trendy Yuppie Millennial crowd and they're very impatient coffee wasn't the best but the food was okay I'd rather go to IHOP

Been going here for years, even when they were at their old smaller location. I moved to Wisconsin, but still come to eat here when I'm in town. Only downside is the wait time hasn't changed (40 minute wait) and my favorite (the philly cheese) has changed twice since I've been a customer. Not a big fan of the stringy cheese they put inside and miss the creamier version they used to have, but then again, WI made me into a cheese snob. Other than that, I love the food and the fresh fruit crepe is so good. Their drink selection is also top-notch.

this place is quaint has great quality of food. the taste and variety is nice. The staff is super busy but friendly. The wait time is a bit extend its A small setting which causes a lot of noise due to the volume of people inside the building and the closeness of their proximity to you.

All I can say is....GO. I LOVE THIS PLACE so much. Their crepes are the best ever. Savory and sweet options. It has such a warm atmosphere and delicious coffee, amazing waitresses and did I mention awesome crepes? The only thing I warn is there is ALWAYS a wait... always! So be prepared to wait, it's so worth it. BUT they have menus you can look at while you wait, so you can order pretty much as soon as you're seated, and the food comes out quickly.

This place is fantastic! We went for Mother's Day & arrived an hour and a half before closing, but were still seated outside in a few minutes (maybe because the outdoor seats were too cold for most on a dreary day). The servers were excellent; but more importantly, my salmon & dill crepe and my wife's capri crepe were beyond our expectations. Everything was very reasonably priced, perhaps $2-$3 less per item than it would have cost in Philly, not to mention NYC. The only complaint I would have is that we had to wait a bit for the baristas, but I'm guessing this was because it was a very busy Mother's Day, and a cold one at that. We are definitely going back.

The food was great but we waited over an hour for a table after being told the wait would only be 35 minutes. We were a party of 4 that came in on a Sunday at 1pm and expected to be seated by 1:35pm per the wait time we were quoted. At 1:45 I asked how much longer as other tables who arrived after us were being seated. We were told 10 more minutes and we were the next table. At 1pm 2 more tables had been seated and we were still waiting so I asked again how much longer and they were wishy washy and asked us if we wanted drinks. We ordered drinks, thinking they'd be comped since we were still waiting, but they were not.

When we were finally seated around 2:10pm, at the 1 table not in the main dining room that was 10' from where we and the rest of the patrons had been waiting, they gave us a complimentary chocolate crepe for the table but then charged us for it on the final bill. They removed it when we mentioned it but for all the trouble, I can't really say it was worth it or if I'll give it another try.

Parking is easy. Easy access for handicapped people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They check back with you 3 or 4 times during your visit. Food is very good. Nice menu. I ordered off the menu and it was no problem.

On weekends they don't take reservations so be prepared to wait atleast 20 mins usually...

Absolutely loved it. My first time there was when I stopped in to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend and the food is so delicious and so worth making the trip. I went recently with 2 of my friends for breakfast and we had a wonderful time. The wait for a table wasn't long, our server gave top notch service, and the food was so good that we all agreed we'd be back some day.
