My husband and I were going through a complicated fight for custody of our daughter against his sister and her spouse. Rachel Frazier Johnson was appointed to be the spokesperson/lawyer for the child and if you want a person that can be bought then this is your choice! It became clear from the beginning that she was under the thumb of my sister in law when she would sit with them before every court hearing and over almost a year of proceedings never once contacted my husband and I or visited us to acquire any other story but the one she cared about. Even after several passed hair drug tests, clear evidence of lies from the other party, and several positive reports from our visitation supervisor she still called the supervisor prying for any negative information she could find but when she couldn't find any she verbally attacked my husband and I outside the courtroom about our recent address change that we didn't disclose and when we tried to inform her that we don't feel comfortable with the other party knowing where we live for many reasons such as provided text messages of his sister reaching out to people to get a hold of his social security number and the last person we would feel comfortable giving our address to is Rachel Frazier Johnson, who sits outside the courtroom talking and laughing with them at every hearing. She never cared about the best interest of our daughter and that became clear from the beginning when she only seemed interested in one side of the story. If I could give 0 stars I would and I am currently looking into formally filing a complaint against her to bring awareness to family court appointed attorneys that SHOULD have the child's best interest at heart and really strive to get the full picture because she made up her mind from the beginning and it's really sad when your future relationship with your child is put in the hands of a few strangers that could care less and consistently ignore all the work and hoops you jumped through just to be a part of your child's life.
