I used R4 Services LLC for a scanning project. I was very happy with their work. They were very professional, and completed the job early.
Our existing HR filing system had paper from ten-fifteeen years ago even though our revenue and costs were stored virtually in our accounting system. Talked with Karen and got a 95 gallon container. Over the next month, got all of these files purged or in our system. As these were all HR records, we need to have a collection system that couldn't be opened. The R4 team picked it up in the next few days after calling and destructed in the next day. Now have filing cabinets with nothing in them.

I hired R4 Services to shred piles of papers I had accumulated over the years. They scheduled an appointment quickly, showed up on time, picked up all the stuff from my house and took it away. They then sent me a Certificate indicating everything had been shredded AND recycled. Great company. They did what they said they were going to do - did it when they said they would do it and completed everything for a reasonable price. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call them. I highly recommend R4 Services.
