Our existing HR filing system had paper from ten-fifteeen years ago even though our revenue and costs were stored virtually in our accounting system. Talked with Karen and got a 95 gallon container. Over the next month, got all of these files purged or in our system.

As these were all HR records, we need to have a collection system that couldn't be opened.

The R4 team picked it up in the next few days after calling and destructed in the next day.

Now have filing cabinets with nothing in them.
