They've been good to us; very responsive to questions, fast claim service, very knowledgeable!

Let's face it, finding, getting insurance quotes is time consuming and a hassle for the working class. At first it took some time to close on my quote, but that's because I work 10 to 12 hours a day and I couldn't get in touch with the R&R insurance office. But when I eventually did things moved quickly. All I had to do is fill out the application on line and make the payment on line and I was set, insured for the future. The staff are helpful, professional and get the job done.

My only experience with R & R is with Sherry Brushafer, CISR. As little business as I provide and as few needs as I have, she is always promptly responsive and more than competent. I have been happy from the start with the policy she found and set up for me.

They truly are interested in service and not just selling. Felt like they took the time to know our requirements and match their recommendations to our situation.

Have been a customer over 40 years....starting with Synder Insurance in 1979...They have handled all our homeowner and car policies. When it came time for Social Security Supplemental Insurance, they contacted me to set up a meeting and review options.

R&R Insurance is an awesome company. Had American Family for 50+ years and I am glad I switched to R&R. Great company to deal with.

We have always been treated as a friend, not just a client. Our agent is quick to respond to our questions, she always has an answer for us and she reviews our policies before renewal to see if we can get a better rate. She doesn't undercut our coverage for a lesser premium, because she knows what coverage we need. At the same time, she doesn't over insure us either. We have been with R&R for over 20 years and couldn't be happier!

Kimberly was helpful in navigating our insurance options when my son hit a deer with his truck. Getting the vehicle re-insured after the repairs was important to us and Kimberly worked with the underwriter to get the vehicle covered with full insurance in a very timely manner. Much appreciated.

After my one and only very minor traffic ticket, my previous carrier increased my auto insurance rate which caused me to go to R & R to get quotes with different carriers for home, auto and umbrella policies. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their quote from West Bend Mutual was quite a bit lower than what I had been paying even BEFORE that carrier increased my premium. Unfortunately, I was involved in an auto accident a couple of years ago and despite the minor damages, the cost of repairs was substantial as it was a new vehicle. The immediate and thorough assistance of R & R and West Bend Mutual was extremely impressive. I am on the claims side of the insurance industry. I have seen too much poor customer service and mishandling of claims by many other carriers. Given my experiences with R & R and West Bend Mutual, I have no intention of ever leaving and continually recommend them both to people I know and come in contact with in the industry. THANK YOU!!

She was very professional and most of all patient with us. The insurance business deals with many decisions to be made and she was most helpful in that. At our age, any savings is important and we depend on a company such as R&R to help us to get the right package at a reasonable cost.

We have had a wonderful experience with our West Bend Mutual Insurance that we purchased through R&R Insurance Services. We had 2 large claims in 2020. Everyone at R&R Insurance and West Bend Mutual were fantastic with the adjusters, the claim person on the phone and follow up with results quickly. We had hail damage to a car and rood and gutters. West Bend Mutual really cared that we had good service and great product to repair our home and car. We also had a crack in a very large window and West Bend Mutual thrower R&R Insurance could not have been any more helpful and conscientious to get us what we needed. Follow up when a problem occurs. Had an issue on coverage, however, the agent and management of R&R were fair in resolving this to my satisfaction. I'm a long time customer of this agency and have been dealt with both honesty and consistency.

She's been there for multiple changes in my life and made the transition between them all easy. She is easy to talk to and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I had a pretty terrible experience here. I was clearly just another number to them and they have terrible communication. My agents kept leaving and they refused to communicate that to me or assign a new agent to my account. When I expressed these concerns to them they refused to take any accountability and blamed it on me. For a business that is only customer service they really aren't great. I'm much happier after switching.
