After my one and only very minor traffic ticket, my previous carrier increased my auto insurance rate which caused me to go to R & R to get quotes with different carriers for home, auto and umbrella policies. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their quote from West Bend Mutual was quite a bit lower than what I had been paying even BEFORE that carrier increased my premium. Unfortunately, I was involved in an auto accident a couple of years ago and despite the minor damages, the cost of repairs was substantial as it was a new vehicle. The immediate and thorough assistance of R & R and West Bend Mutual was extremely impressive. I am on the claims side of the insurance industry. I have seen too much poor customer service and mishandling of claims by many other carriers. Given my experiences with R & R and West Bend Mutual, I have no intention of ever leaving and continually recommend them both to people I know and come in contact with in the industry. THANK YOU!!
