Rôgga Construtora Review

I have an apartment at Residencial Vanilla and, as in almost all apartments, the low quality floor that the structure has cracked all over, living room and kitchen. I opened the ticket (73289) to activate the guarantee on June 8th. So far they have not been in contact. I was promised 7 working days as a limit. The clerk says he put my email and whatssapp (47 99917-9457) in the call, for lack of a channel to get in touch, it is not. So far I have not received a return. The ceramic is cracked and there is a danger of cutting the foot. In addition to any disorder, there is a danger of accidents.

The apartment I purchased at Itacolomi has a good cost-benefit ratio. However, after sales is very bad. Rogga had to enter my unit to reinforce security between two units. What happened is that Rogga from Itacolomi was very rude. He didn't fulfill what we agreed to return the keys to and he still wanted to put the blame on me. Bad professional. Well, I paid everything correctly and on time. Rogga should better honor its post-sales commitments and better train its employees in dealing with customers.

Rogga is indeed a good example of entrepreneurship in the competitive market of civil construction, but as regards the effectiveness of telephone service, you can not wait: 10 minutes waiting for the answering machine to be answered (one moment please ... ) and then stay another 10 min of monologue with the same answering machine ..... I had to disconnect, because time is a precious good ... a shame, I think this is not a good CRM practice.

If regret killed ... It really is a terrible builder, interested only in short cuts to maximize profits. It delivers very poorly made developments and has no after sales service or technical assistance. Worse than before buying I read the reviews that were here and thought "it can not be that bad".
