Before going to one of Rogga's sales shifts, I decided to come here and take a look at what customers say about this company, and it's obvious that there are 2 big groups: the ones that give the minimum grade and the ones that give the highest rating. You who also came, analyze, who is giving a minimum grade explains the reasons, tells what is happening. And those who give top marks don't even have a comment. It makes me wonder, has anyone asked to come here to give more stars to artificially improve the builder's grade? I follow the minimum grade group and give only one star because I visited one of the works recently delivered by Rogga and saw the lack of quality of the materials used. The building is not even 2 years old and already has numerous problems. Speaking to residents who were in the common areas of the condominium, many told me to be outraged and sorry for their purchase and that the builder is amateur and does not solve the problems. I report that it matches exactly what several others have said here in the comments. I recommend everyone to do the same before purchasing an apartment with them, preventing possible headaches in the future.
