Terrible. Too many foreigners there. They choose the foreigners over their own even tho they are clueless. Nonsense job. Rather clean toilets.

Not for everyone, but if your willing to work and don't mind the cold it's ok, you get out of it what you put in to it.

ex mechanic goes there for interview. while there for interview with 2 school kids just left school i was told i did not have the skills and rf books said there was someone with more relevant skills example 2 school kids with no work education no transport 0 job experience. 2 days later i get a phone call from rf brooks agency can you come and work for agency for 1 day only the funny thing is i used to work for rf brooks through agency more to say but ill be here for ever

Absolutely ridiculous wait outside for 2 hours as four pallets is too much work for them, then wait another two hours to be tipped... Is this some kind of sick joke ?? Fresh food unloaded near rubbish bins flys everywhere how they still operate I don't know

Managers are unorganised. No respect given to anyone in there boring and repetitive. Poor, never going back.

Attitude problem towards people.
Maybe if you don t like your job go somewhere else

I am finding it very hard to get hold of ANYONE at this place as they have NOT paid my daughter for her 2 nights work.She left to go to another job as the managers there are awful and treat you like animals..i will not be dropping this until she is paid for the work she did.

worst place to work, the state of the place and the people who work there, you have staff contaminating food left right and centre, maggots in the main dispatch room. Its horrible.

take notice if this commwnt its not the ideal place to work, its a not clean place, induction there is a con, no training provided Hr department is a complete joke, management treat you like children, toilets are discussing, metal fillings in the roast potatos. glass in the cheese, this company should be shut down, how the hell can they sell to m&s aldi and so on, if you apply for a job with rf brookes think twice, dont go to the interview

Not even 1 star for this place. As a delivery driver, I am disgusted with the very poor cleanliness for a food factory. The goods in office is absolutely filthy. The area around the unloading bays is littered with rubbish, some of which has obviously been there a long time. Flies and maggots are rife. M&S among one of their customers should be withdrawing ties with RF Brooks.
