Three years of sheer frustration. Moved in apartment was filthy with construction dust and parts of the cabinetry were unfinished. They refused to clean or pay for cleaning. They bring leaf blowers at 7am on a Saturday, blowing in the garage damaging the paint on both my cars. They knock on my door on the 1st of every month insisting on the rent check despite having never paid late. Still haven t fixed my leaking balcony. Windows made out of single lanes, holes all along the bottom no insulation. For $2400 a month??? SLUM LORDS. STAY AWAY.

The BEST Management company I have ever dealt with!

We moved TWICE with this company, one time to an apartment complex in K-town, and second time to a spot in Hollywood.

Both locations were central and very comforting in terms of walkability and public transport, plus came with a secure parking spot (not common at all).

This company allows pets on most of their properties - which automatically makes them amazing!! <3 <3

Each time we moved, we got BRAND NEW appliances (one time a refrigirator and a stove, this time a stove), and the apartment was SUPER CLEAR (we have high standards too!).

Every concern we had - they dealt with IMMEDIATELY.

MOST IMPORTANT - when we moved out we got ALL OF OUR DEPOSIT BACK! that is UNHEARD OF!

Couldn't think of a better management company! these guys are honest, reliable, communicate with you and listen to all of your problems!

Highly recommend, A+++++++++ !!!!!

Fantastic experience with my first apartment in Los Angeles. Couldn't have asked for a better room, building and management-resident experience. Would highly recommend!

They're soooo shady! I tried to apply to an apartment here and after I sent them the application fee, they ghosted me! I've been trying to get a response from them for days. You know what's funny, too? I used my brother's phone to text them about being interested in the same place I applied to, and they responded to him IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!! They only want your money, so STAY AWAY!!

Unprofessional management, poor customer service, neglected maintenance inside unit and outside building, unstable electricity, no warning water shutdowns, no security, and terrible tenant/owner relations. Rental management company related names may include R&E Management Inc. and My Management Co. Please read other tenant reviews/ complaints in YELP, the Better Business Bureau, Los Angeles Housing Community Investment Development (HCIDLA) property code violation unit, and other available resources for reviews, help, and support. Thank you.

I lived at two owned properties from this management for the past 4 years and both have been less than par experiences. The properties are built cheap so there is constant maintenance being done. The hired maintenance staff leaves messes and unfinished jobs. The management doesn't care about the tenants just your rent. They even cashed in checks before rent was due. If you can avoid properties not owned by R&E, I would heavily advise to.

Always had a good experience with R&E. I've been living at one of their properties for 15 years.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I have lived @ 6153 Lexington Ave for over 3 years now. The apartment itself, great. The management, not so much. I have had multiple issues that consistently fail to be resolved. They have removed parking from units to leave vacant for their contractors to come and work. The contractors that they use do not care about the residents where they work. When I first moved in, I had a great relationship with onsite "management". Throughout my time here, I have realized that they also do not care about all the residents. It's quite a shame.
