Attracted by the good price applied by the company...

Attracted by the good price applied by the company for the stipulation of a new RCA, I activated myself for payment after contacting the call center, also to take the pulse of the after-sales service in case of need and / or urgency.
Result? Four calls of about 25 minutes each (then automatically cut down by their responder) for a total of about 100-110 minutes on the phone without concluding anything. I'm not exaggerating!
I decided to abandon quixa and / or direct in favor of something more serious that knows how to take care of the customer.
In an important sector such as insurance, I think is the bare minimum.

I give a negative review for this reason: I asked for a quote on facile.it, and Quixa was indicated to me as the most convenient company: the total prize, including the various guarantees, was 473.00. However, when I clicked on the Quixa link to complete the purchase, the total prize was different ( 481.00). I called the customer service of facile.it to understand the reason for this misalignment, and I was told that with Quixa it always happens like this: facile.it presents a prize, but then Quixa applies other prizes.
I still purchased the policy with Quixa, but I find it incorrect that Quixa relies on these search engines (easy, hound, ...), but then apply prices that do not correspond to those that the search engines then compare with the other insurance companies.

The doubt that comes when trying to take out a policy with Quixa is that nobody is actually on the other side. My brief misadventure with Quixa begins when I decide to go to another insurance company attracted by the lower prices and the apparent ease with which the conclusion process can be completed. The first hitch I encounter when I look for information on the "quixaBox", well publicized, but of which there is no trace anywhere except in the information note. When I call customer support to ask for clarifications on how to activate this option, a registered voice answers me, recognizing the cell phone number from which I call as linked to a quote already generated, it liquidates me with a "your quote is being processed , if it has already sent the documents, it has already acquired priority ", without any possibility of speaking with one of the consultants mentioned several times.
At that point I decide to send the documents. Who knows, maybe once I take out the policy I can talk to a real person and ask my questions. I have never had so much difficulty to send a simple pdf: I tried 5 different browsers, on 3 different computers, then I gave up on converting everything into image files, but the only answer of the site was "The upload did not go to a good end. Please try again in a few minutes. " Needless to say, hundreds of minutes have passed since the first attempt.
I must say I was very disappointed. I was forced to give up because of too short a time. I have read many positive reviews and I recognize that the advantages offered are tempting, but if these are the premises, I can only advise against dealing with Quixa.
