Attracted by the good price applied by the company...

Attracted by the good price applied by the company for the stipulation of a new RCA, I activated myself for payment after contacting the call center, also to take the pulse of the after-sales service in case of need and / or urgency.
Result? Four calls of about 25 minutes each (then automatically cut down by their responder) for a total of about 100-110 minutes on the phone without concluding anything. I'm not exaggerating!
I decided to abandon quixa and / or direct in favor of something more serious that knows how to take care of the customer.
In an important sector such as insurance, I think is the bare minimum.
