Easy parking of you pay in advance. Staff in carpark very friendly.
Bar staff also good.
Usher extremely helpful.
Seats comfortable.
Sound great.
Toilets - I have never had to line up for the men's - I did here - waited 10 minutes for a urinal.
Takes a while to get out of the car park at the end of a show - so allow for that in the timing if you need to.

Beautiful venue for musical theatre. Saw my fair lady last night. Brilliant. Staff very friendly and lots of them
To assist you. Be early if you want to park in any of the three car parks as they were all full when we arrived and we had to wait in a long queue. Just got in the theatre on time.

Pretty good venue.

Pretty good venue.

The seats need to be looked at though. We booked top tier balcony second row from the front and was hard to see the stage as the seats need better scattering. We had people directly in front, they need to stagger them better and make a middle aisle.

Aside from that the seats were comfy, the stage well presented and plenty of bar and bathroom options

We do frequent QPAC & for the most part it is an enjoyable experience. The staff are always very helpful & friendly. However, getting into the place for people with wheelie walkers & in wheelchairs is far from easy.

Australia to book tickets for Swan lake.

It s our Daughters 10th birthday. Well we spoke with Ian on the phone and he was beyond helpful.

Ian was so informed about the venue and the shows, he even helps my wife work on the dress code for the evening.
Can t thank Ian and APAC enough for such a wonderful level of. Interaction and specialised service.
Thank you so much for your recommendation my wife and daughter are so looking forward to her birthday and first time at the ballet

It's a spectacular venue, that is seriously hampered by poor traffic management in every street around it, including the car park entrances and exits, which jam up horrendously.

If you are going here, do yourself and everyone else a favor and catch the train or walk !

The building itself and facilities are good. Like anywhere if it's busy you'll have to queue a little for things. A little more seating wouldn't go astray. Staff are pleasant and accommodating when they can be. Couldn't get a drink after he show. Tried getting a bottle of water from the vending machine, wouldn't take cash or card.

The place is starting to show it's wear and tear, especially backstage in the "fishbowl", but the acoustics in the building is still brilliant. A real pleasure to preform in, or listen/watch shows in for that matter.

Watched Joe Bonamassa - he is simply brilliant and loved the show! My only complaint is that I was in front left stalls area close to stage and sound setup/control was a bit disappointing in that spot - couldn't hear full range of Joe's awesome guitar skills very well and was also quite soft in relation to other instruments. I'd say that was largely due to the positioning of main L/R speakers in QPAC that were almost directly above me and quite high and mostly facing the main crowd further back. So I guess it's a choice between seeing your favourite artist up close vs good sound.
