Amy is actually the best person to go to for bond loan applications she s so nice and she speeds through the paper work.

I would like to provide feedback and affirmation on the great customer service that i have received and experienced from Department of housing (Logan).

From the very beginning the first time I stepped into their office every staff member wentbabove and beyond to help me and make sure I had the all relevant information to assist with housing. Annette Gurdon in particular has been very professional and treats me with the utmost dignity and respect.

Annette and the team exercises a high degree of integrity, respect, support and flexibility with all her interactions and conversations. She dedicated her time to meet me where I was at, helped me to understand my current situation and what the possibilities were for helping myself and also assisting me where possible. She did not do it for me, gave me choice, showed me how I can help myself. Annette did not promise anything but helped me.to apply for assistance and helped me to know how best to advocate for what I was needing.

I have experienced more support, customer service and attention to detail from Annette and the logan team then any other government agency. The team of the ground know the real struggles people are facing and are extremely knowledgeable for local supports. Annette and the team have a very proactive approch and very knowledgeable in the guidelines and legislation and help you to understand this and how to work within them. I would highly recommend this amazing team and I am so ever grateful for all the help and assistance I have received from the logan team through the whole process of applying for housing, bond load, rental grant and helping to move with a debilitating disability. Thank you so much Annette for your kindness, respectfulness and your diligence.

Really really rude. I have applied for housing assistance and been put on the list but was told to get private rental when I can't afford it. Then was told I basicly had to be a immigrant to get assistance

My private rental was affected by the flood from Cyclone Debbie and within a week I was told that I had a 2 bedroom flat for my son & I. Great work department of housing.

My girlfriend was pplacing her paperwork for her bond loan & told to sit down! The person behind her was served for the exact same issue & was dealt with without. Waiting! Very discriminating!

Very unprofessional the staff need more training it seems like they have no idea what they are doing.
