I had two horrible experiences. First one I was told "let me put this paper work down and I can help you right away.". He never helped me because he decided to help someone else that just walked in. I brought it to his attention and a half our later still nothing.
Second issue was they took my money and sent me next door to get my products. No problem. I waited 5 minutes and no one came to help me. I go back to the show room and they sent me back. Warhouse guy tells me they are closed and he not giving me my products I paid for. I go back to the show room. The manager said "oh they closed. Come back tomorrow and do it again." This is the way you treat your customers? No thank you. Will never catch me again in there. Another guy told me u was 5 minutes late. They just closed 5 minutes ago. I said I was here for 15 minutes trying to make my purchase. The last 5 was waiting for no reason.

Best selection and showroom of tile in the area! Anthony JR is great to work with. If you are having trouble planning out your design, ask for Manny. He is amazing at working with you through your design plans and budget- you will get to the best solution quickly!

Horrible experience. Went to the store, paid a price. By the time we arrived at the warehouse to get the material, they charged us a new price. When we called to complain the person yelled and treated us horribly. We were planning on buying more material here but NEVER again.

This is and has been our go-to tile store in the Bronx since 2017. Great selection, stock and customer service plus reasonable pricing. Can't beat it.
