Dirty. Needs updated. Doors locks don't work. No towels at pool, ever. Untrained staff. They don't even have change for a vending machine. One uses card. Trash snacks. Water, lol no change to get any. They don't trust there own workers I guess. Not a ace to stay. And I'm here only 2 more days
I was only there for a Conference it was pretty decent.
Staff is nice but the accommodations were old looking and creepy. We looked for a new hotel in Tampa but with wrestlemanina everything was booked. This place just reopen and they have work to do. Clean and paint walls, spruce up pool and patio furniture, plant flowers outside at the front and at the pool area and get rid of musty smell as you walk in room. I used my body spray for the room all weekend. My kids noticed and we are not rich or uppity just like things clean and presentable.
Room is awesomely bigger, clean, rates very affordable & the best part THEY ACCEPT CATS!!! I love it Meow & lots of purrrrrs for Quality Inn
BED BUGS!!!! ROACHES!!! DRUGGIES!!!! AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Stay clear and save yourself money and the headache
Rooms smelled really bad and very out dated. Before we showered or did anything I had to buy air fresheners and disinfectant spray. Showers has Nasty stains all over and the bed are rock hard. The only nice this about this place is their splash zone and swimming pool. Definitely will not be visiting again. I hated that I had my kids there. People are all over the place at all hours of the night and day.

Pool area is currently closed, but thats not the hotels fault.

The refrigerator hummed and kept me awake all night, the air conditioning hums loudly also, the walls are paper thin what do I care that the man next door is shaving his legs 2 but I certainly heard it being announced. The phone was dirty, bugs were crawling all over the place....disgusting.
Check in was nice and easy with our reservations. We found a decent price online. The agents were polite and friendly. The Japanese restaurant they advertise had closed, that was a little disappointing. Our room however...bugs! Little black grasshoppers were coming in from outside. The door frame had a gap so you could see through to the outside. I liked the big King bed, but it was so hard and pillows were all soft and squishy. The pool would've been fun except there were leaves and tree debris floating and on the top and bottom. There was only one open entrance to the pool, which meant we had to walk back to the front (the entrance close to our room was locked). Kids toys were around the pool deck from some of the long term residents. Guests in the pool area with no armband, one drinking alcoholic beverages. We did see a few of the residents displaying behaviors in the parking lot that were unsettling. All in all I did not feel this was a place to stay again.
Drugs, fighting, people lingering outside our door. Could hear people next door fighting and talking loud All Night!
Bathroom is small. Restaurant in hotel is closed.
But beds were comfortable. Only thing i liked.
