Quality Hotel and Conference Centre Review

We've had a great stay. Room is clean, hotel is clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will book again.

Did a staycation with my grandson and spent 2 nights here, We choose this hotel because the pool was open and its close to Castle Fun park. The Lady tending the front desk was so accommodating and nice, she gave us a room close to the pool and ensured we had lots of access to it. The pool was so warm and clean. Our room was nicely updated and was well appointed, I asked for a microwave and it was delivered promptly. We will def. be recommending this hotel and will stay again!!

Conveniently located next to Hwy 1. Friendly, efficient staff... exceptionally clean, well appointed room which was really quiet despite the proximity to the highway. Great food at the attached White Spot restaurant.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had a large jacuzzi-type tub and an electric fireplace.

I'm currently sitting at this hotel for a conference and although our speaker gave three weeks notice to inform the hotel that she had 17 people attending... they charged her for 24 people and put out WAY too much food... now they're saying they can't give us boxes or support us taking the leftovers with us... and are adamant the food must be thrown out. WHAT A WASTE!! With all the starving children in the world, that is just disgraceful. They have certainly lost our speaker's business (who has been coming here for years), and mine.

I was here to vote in the recent BC Election but did not stay at the hotel. Adequate parking. Looks clean enough, although I didn't take the time to inspect thoroughly. The facility did not smell bad like so many hotels do. Clearly posted social distance instructions and hand sanitizer at the entrance. Automatic doors. Elevator to the conference level.
