This company is great and their engineering department is top notch! They were very prompt and professional. They custom made a heavy boat lift for us, and it was very reasonably priced. We will be back for their kayak lifts very soon (didn't know you do not need a permit). Highly recommended!!

I recently purchased a home on the water which came with an older IMM Quality Boat Lift, which I wanted to make sure It will be ready for my 3,500 lb boat. Given the previous owner didn't leave information on the lift itself, I reached out through their site directly, as I had a number of questions such as the load capacity (for the weight of my boat), the possibility of obtaining a manual and tips for lift maintenance. Within 5 minutes I had a response, and I was able to download the manual from their site. Excellent service even that I was not a new lift owner. Given the service experience I can only believe IMM Quality Boat lifts treats all clients in the same manner. Well done!

I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new one or replace their boat lift, talk to IMM Quality Boat Lifts. Lastly, the design and materials they use and what you don't see (inside the engine box), is exceptional. Not only does our new dock looks great, the boat lift is built to last!

Bought a lift. Had it delivered in June. It is still in the middle of my driveway. Installer vanished. Have texts where he stopped replying in July. Obviously he got the money he needed. Now I can t find anyone to install it and can t get any manufacturers help. Worst decision I ve ever made. If you live in New Jersey don t buy this lift. No installers want to touch it for some reason and the company will give you another terrible company for you to call and get nothing done as many times as you d like. Nothing will. E done. Yet here my lift sits in my driveway over 5 months later and can t get anyone that installs their lifts. RUN VERY FAST FROM THIS LIFT.
