I recently purchased a home on the water which came with an older IMM Quality Boat Lift, which I wanted to make sure It will be ready for my 3,500 lb boat. Given the previous owner didn't leave information on the lift itself, I reached out through their site directly, as I had a number of questions such as the load capacity (for the weight of my boat), the possibility of obtaining a manual and tips for lift maintenance. Within 5 minutes I had a response, and I was able to download the manual from their site. Excellent service even that I was not a new lift owner. Given the service experience I can only believe IMM Quality Boat lifts treats all clients in the same manner. Well done!
