Called them when we had a sewer back up due to heavy rains on July13. The crew did a mediocre clean up . Left trays underneath hot water tanks full of water, water underneath the furnace. The whole experience was a comedy of errors. The after service was even worst. It is now over 2 months after the
incident and am still waiting for them to send the bill to insurance company. Call them every day and still nothing. My insurance company will not pay untill they receive a bill .
They keep saying they're working on it. How long does it take issue a bill!!! I have $90,000 of work to do but can't get the money because they can't get their act together ... and not very friendly either.
