The only reason I am not giving a five star review is because unfortunately we weren't able to find candidates for my project (we have a significantly limited talent pool). That being said, working with Qualigence was an extremely positive experience. They were patient, proactive, collaborative, and thoughtful in their client interactions with me. I was always aware of their efforts, they documented everything, we had weekly calls, and they provided clean data for me at the very end of the run. We chatted about barriers and ideas to overcome them on a weekly basis. So while at the end of the day I don't have much to show for it, I think they were exceptional in the service they provided and would work with them again with a different project.
