What a beautiful arena. For having participated in the manufacture of its structure as assembler-welder, the result is splendid. Only downside, never enough concessions open during the match of the walls.

Amazing staff who are very helpful and kind, with a genuine concern that a good time is had by everyone. 18000 seat capacity but it still feels intimate. Very impressed.

Excellent facility for concert! Staff were helpful, and escalators were great for high traffic flow.

Elton's show was my fourth at the Videotron Center and the efforts to give us a better experience by the Videotron Center are bearing fruit. For the Elton show everything was perfect animation in the main hall at the beginning and at the end it's great. The service of all the staff was excellent and the waiting time at the food counter was reasonable. The Videotron center has become my first choice to see shows now, congratulations to the entire team of the Center Thank you for the unforgettable evening.

Excellent performance hall. However, a hockey club is missing to make everything perfect.

The sound is of very high quality. The comfort of the super confo seats and the food is a little expensive but excellent.

It is the most beautiful amphitheater that I could see

We attended a concert here with our 9 year old son. We don't speak any French and found it easy to navigate and there were more staff here able to understand us than anywhere else we visited in Quebec city. Lots of space so it's not over crowded. Bathrooms could have been bigger but they were clean. Alcohol is allowed in the seats, which makes it easier (most concerts in NS don't allow it).

Beautiful amphitheater, great food. Much more room for the legs, well seated, comfortable. But which is unpleasant is that the entrance to the lodges is on the east side the debarquadere is on the west side. At the end of the shows, the debarquadere is full. It was better like early when the cars had the right to drop us off and pick us up where the taxis and buses are.

Very nice stadium, the mayor of Quebec did well to have it built the only problem I have to say is the parking lot I found that it was wrong to indicate how to get to the stadium from the parking lot and how get back to the car. Otherwise I find it itchy that I was not able to drop a person who accompanied me who was in a wheelchair closer to the stadium because the security did not want to. Otherwise there should be more accessible parking. Otherwise everything was correct.

Can't deny. I love that place. The structure is amazing, the staff is helpful and, of course, the events are great. Fortunately, the people that go to this place are mostly polite, so this helps to create a great environment for shows and sports. You should go whenever you can.

Great place to see a show, lights and sound are top notch and state of the art. Concession stands are a bit pricey.
