Poor customer service
I bought a bike from Qlife, expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was anything but. The bike arrived looking like a used item, covered in scratches, dents, and marks – completely unacceptable for something sold as new. I immediately contacted their customer service to request a refund or compensation, but after 10 days, I have yet to receive any response. This level of customer service is not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable. Ignoring a customer after selling a faulty product shows a complete lack of professionalism. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
