Sofa purchased on 11/13/2016 in the Albese store, with a deposit of 700 euros and delivery insurance by 24/12 (it was the Christmas gift). Undelivered sofa and fault given to the seller. Fixed new mandatory delivery date between 10 and 20 January 2017. The 18/1 email receipt (not even the effort of a phone call) with a request for more time to make the delivery. Obviously tomorrow I will request a refund of the deposit as an alternative complaint for fraud and intervention by lawyers. Never again in life by these naive!

Extremely negative ... scammers ... mobile defective wrong assembly no response to request for intervention ... I will proceed through legal proceedings ... do not buy furniture from them ...
