Facility is good.. Checking in was quick.. Food and service is ok.. Internet is only good for texting whatsapp messages not anything else.. Still guess for the money i paid is good and i will stay here again

Our room was on the 6th floor facing the sea and was very clean and clean. Be sure to emphasize the view of the room facing the sea. The breakfast was varied and staffing was good. Toothbrushes and toothpastes should be taken. There is no way to go to the beach for 10 minutes walking and to the mainland, which is the main center with taxi, just be sure to install the uber az program, which is much cheaper.
Good hotel but AC/heater both not working. They asked us to open the window for AC and close for heater. Not professional
From my point of view it is excellent and clean, but the rooms are not air-conditioned and far from the center

Room 1408 Stayed on April 29, 2019. The view is good, but the windows are very dirty. There is nothing in the room. I ordered two glasses, a wine opener and a bottle opener, but I brought them home. Don't tip. The room is not very clean either. There is no bathtub because it is 4 stars. wifi is super slow.
Somehow in Japan, there is a lot of fuss about being a substitute for Ten-chan. There is happiness not to get caught up in this hustle and bustle. A slight sense of superiority.

Good food and friendly staff. However, you would be confined to either the hotel room or the lobby since there are no outdoors or even a swimming pool.
The hotel is nice and the staff are excellent and there is a cafeteria nearby and there are also 2 supermarkets and a cafeteria about 300 meters away. The beach is about 500 meters or more. Breakfast is not a bit good.

I am currently a hotel and I am involved in it and I can not change it because I am dealing with a tourist company, Madri How is the hotel classified as four stars, the toilet is very narrow and leaking, there is no shower and the smells everywhere, the bed is uncomfortable and everything is dirty, and the breakfast is very limited. Well known and pay extra and do not live in the hotel

Smelly Hotel
Don t ever think about having a night here. Qafqaz Sahil Hotel is really bad.
The rooms are smelly. When checking in we were located at 406 and 407. When entering one of the room the smell was really disgusting. They change the room to 607. Ask Pervis
Hours later the bad smell from the bathroom came out.
It lasted for the next day.
When tried to fix after many calls, the smell came out again.
No ironing rooms as they claim. I tried different floors with no ironing tool. Ask Ali
After many calls, they send an iron to my room. I have tried to talk to the manager, but Cevar claimed that he is busy.
Overall, it is the worst experience I have ever had in my life.
The staff was friendly . Break fast menu was almost same as i was there for 9 days .the room was not sound proof .

Its a hotel located very close to caspian sea. Its a neat and clean hotel but not quite energetic.The breakfast is quite repititive almost every day. Staff not very helpful except few of them.

Very good and very nice hotel, good location, with a very welcoming staff and very attentive. Breakfast very rich. A wifi that works very well. Spacious and pleasant rooms.
Unfortunately the finishes made with poor quality materials and the lack of a French news channel, tarnish a little bit the decor.
Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.
