When I started my career with QA Infotech, I was thinking about my self that would I get opportunities to grow ! and here is I have completed 4+ years and got great opportunities to enhance my knowledge as well as career. I worked there for almost 5 years. A very good company to kick-start your career. They work on the latest open source technologies so a lot to learn there. They have the most talented Test Automation team with few great Leads.

Poor work-life balance and a bit of VIP culture is very irritating. Policies change frequently, pretty much everyday, there should be some stability.

Poor management ang unprofessional people in higher position...
