Pyromation is an extraordinary company from the standpoint of working there or doing business. It s a family environment with the flexibility of a small company and the benefits of a large company. The clean, comfortable, healthy workplace fosters a productive and enjoyable work experience. The company s continued success over the last 50 years is proof of good leadership and member involvement. That success is shared with all members annually. Few employers provide a better opportunity for engagement and growth.

Had to deal with two people in Human Resources. They seem to have very antiquated policies. Tried to get employment verification over the phone. It's 2018, not 1978. Nobody in this day and age gives out any personal information over the phone anymore.

Sent in an application and they lost it and never gave confirmation if i got or didnt get the job. Had the Odacity to ask me to send another one. Very unprofessional

I have worked for Pyromation for 4 months. The company is a wonderful place to work. I have been given so many opportunities and chances to further my knowledge.

Their products are mostly fine but the lead time is longer than McMaster-Carr for standard products. They have a history of supporting slow to no growth for their employees. They continually take advantage of peoples skills and have strict office politics. If you need a custom sensor this is a fine place, if you want a standard item there are better options.
