Told ‘don’t take it personally’ when our £30k plus kitchen started falling apart literally at the time of installation. Paint flaking off cupboards, drawers and plinths and chipping and holes to £3500 quartz worktop. They won’t accept responsibility for their low grade products for which we paid premium prices. Stay well away from this company. Your hard earned money goes to subsidising the global homes of the CEO (who refuses to respond to complaints) rather than the quality of the products you believe you are paying for.

Brilliant kitchen design showroom. Not open to public but kitchen design and build companies like nbi kitchens can take you round. Lots of examples of units worktops storage solutions. Went with a good idea of design but changed idea of worktops, confirmed doors both style and colour plus big change on range colour after seeing examples and what is possible.

I have traded with PWS for over twenty years, the quality of their kitchens are amazing and customer service is second to none. I wish all my suppliers were as good.

Absolutely smashing people. There were *problems* with my delivery but, it was sorted without hassle.

Awful and dishonest, will try every trick in the book not to refund for items so be aware of this if ordering from them or a company which uses them! Poor experience.

Terrible customer service! would not speak to me regarding many issues I had. The kitchen I have purchased was very expensive, I had to pay up front yet was sent the kitchen late and then many parts did not arrive in time as agreed, my fitter had to improvise! doors/draws came with chips and damages, the quality is so poor and even now imperfections occurring this was a 1909 kitchen!!! do not use this company they do not care!!!!! I am now left with a kitchen I did not have as my original dream design due to there incompetence.

Loved it. Kitchens are stunning and was a very relaxed environment.

Contacted them as was fitting their handleless rail system on kitchen. Specification showed that holes were 10mm from front of carcase (had been pre-drilled by carcase manufacture), however supplied brackets had pre drilled holes 13mm from front. Uncooperative, unwilling to discuss matter on phone, led to delays in fitting kitchen. Wouldn't say whether wrong brackets had been supplied or if these could be replaced. Extremely poor attitude when only trying to resolve issue created by them

The face of the organisation is the first person you meet. Unfortunately we were met by rudeness and sarcasm, we had travelled a 30 mile round trip, checked the website and attempted to phone them prior to going. A full review is on Trustpilot please read. We will not be using the kitchen companies they represent if this is the standard of staff they employ.
