Place always looks at the bigger picture never the smaller picture there s no point of even trying to do a good job because it slows down production if you try to fix something

Hear nothing but horrible things about this place from friends that work there. Your bosses do not have your back, employees are even worse. HR clearly doesn t care about employees that complain about things going on. They sweep it under the rug like nothings ever happened. I would reccommend not working there from what I hear.
