Zero customer service. I had a leak in my line, they couldn't offer and company to assist me, couldn't offer any help with my high bills, basic help nothing. Very disappointing.

This company is ripping people off slowly. My February bill is astronomical higher than my July bill. The agent stated we have used 20 thousand gallons of water. i find that really bad to believe especially if my not watering my grass or washing car. no one uses 20 thousand gallons of water in the winter unless there's a project or broken pipe. This is a systematic form of extortion!!!!!!!!! horrible company !!!!!!!! someone need to audit this company.

In December 2016, contractors hit our waterline into the house and the Service Authority was on scene almost immediately to turn off the water. We were without water for a few days, while the hole was expanded and the plumber could get into the site for the repair. While the plumber was repairing the line, we called the Service Authority and a technician arrived shortly afterward. When he turned on the water, the line continued to leak, and the technician turned off the water again, helped drain the line, and stayed with us until the plumber was able to complete the repair. We were quite thankful of their support!

There is no way you should be cutting my water off over non payment when I haven t received one bill, disconnection notice, or anything!!! The only time you get paid is when you turn my water off because of nonpayment when you don t make it convenient to make payment!!! It s 2019. Make it easy on your customers!!!!
Worst monopoly on the planet. Worst customer service. Worst deposit policy ever. They require a $250 deposit and refuse to return it until you move out and terminate service. They have had my deposit for 5+years and refuse to return it and do not add interest. The bill has increased every year. Terrible service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! It's a monopoly. You have no choice for water service!!!! Rip off!!!
web site password system never works every time you login, you need to reset it.. and most of the time reset does not work. Usage tables are wrong. daily average always shows ZERO 0. I called them no fix yet.
We had a great experience. LaShawna was able to answer some questions for me and Josiah got us connected to start service. They were both kind and informative. I'm impressed!
Horrible Customer Service regarding Trash Pick Up complaints. Then to make it worse the new company you forced on us, does less for more money. I am so over them dropping trash in the road or in front of my house or sliding the trash cans all over. Currently they have placed mine right in front of my Mailbox!!! Couple weeks ago they slung my neighbors trash can right across the driveway blocking them pulling into their own driveway! Charlie and Sons were 100% better! Hope you don't renew this contract! I even tried calling trash company direct but of course no response or anyone to answer the phones! Whose it getting this kickback?
